Sam was not only very knowledgeable but entertaining! His casual/direct approach had me connecting with the material and staying awake! LOL Subsequently I took the exam today and passed on the first attempt. Very grateful to Sam and my classroom instructor Danette, the combination of the two was invaluable.

Sam was great! I wish he was my Instructor the 1st time. I was not satisfied with my instructors teaching methods.

This review was straight forward and straight to the point! I feel extremely confident in taking the national portion after this class. Sam presents the material giving real life mixed scenarios from experience in his career, which makes everything much more clearer!

Sam, was great! The material seemed to be a little rushed. No math questions covered during the training and that is the portion of the exam most in the class wanted covered. I recommend making this a 2-day review so more time can be used to have Sam answer questions rather than seem annoyed by those who ask. All people learn different and this class seems not to allow for that.

I really enjoyed the class. It was a great refresher and a lot of material was covered. Sam is a terrific instructor and very thorough with his teaching style. I feel like I have a better understanding of Real Estate after taking this class and I am hopefully going to take this test in 1-2 weeks. Thank you!

Michelle was the best instructor i have ever had. she is very informative and helps out a lot with real life situations and plus i really loved how i only told her my name once on the first day, and she remembered my name the whole time including the rest of the class, VERY VERY IMPRESSIVE. she is very nice and humbling. i really recommend taking her course it is a little fast, so just keep up, and study out side of class. The rest is in your hands. Thank you CRES for the opportunity. Highly recommended.

C.R.E.S. is a great school to learn about Real Estate and It will also prepare you to take the national and state exam. I have attended C.R.E.S. in October 2019 for a 5 week course. My instructor was Danette Foster. She did a phenomenon job teaching the class. She break down difficult topics to layman's terms, use real life examples to make it relatable, explain why each subject in a chapter is important and doesn't speak in a monotone voice. Danette is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and will show tough love to get her point across. Overall, she's a wonderful instructor that help me a lot to understand real estate topics and prepare me well for the exam. In addition, I have passed the exam!

The school chooses great instructors who are very knowledgeable and informative of their trade. I enjoyed learning from my instructor and her years of experience.
