Great Instructor!! Glad I attended!!

My instructor was great! Although I do feel the course material online could be worded better. Some of it has run-on sentences, grammar mistakes, etc.

Not sure if it was due to the pandemic, butt the support and communication was poor. I tried calling no answer. Email response time was appropriate, however the responder Kimberly wasn’t extremely helpful. The content was useful and I do feel prepared despite no classroom time. Much better content than my previous school. Overall, I would recommend.

The open schedule made it easy for me to complete the class on my own time and kept me engaged enough to want to finish.

It truly was a wonderful classroom experience. Instructor Danette is a gem! She will take the time to set up you for a successful career. She has many years of experience in the Chicagoland region. Oh Boy!! is she Passionate about Real Estate... She has shared many life experiences with the class that helps us better understand and remember the coursework. This Course is not for the faint of heart though. I did the two-week intensive course. You can't take any days off you must also put in time outside of class to prepare. I'm a success story of the school not only did they prepare me to pass my exam. It gave the confidence to not let schedules get in my way. I had to leave the state to take the exam as soon possible after course completion and I came back a winner! Thank you, Danette and Chicago Real Estate School.

I took my course online and overall I was actually okay, very satisfied with it. As I earned the knowledge I needed to proceed or prepare for the state exam. The instructors were excellent. I had no problem at all, except one or two answers to the chapter questions were different between the 6th edition and one online. But to me, it was not a big deal. I am very satisfied, I think overall percent will be 95%.

I am very happy and blessed to have taken Danette Foster’s class. For a number of reasons besides teaching the dialogue in the book; For instance, Danette always gave real life situations to better understand the dialogue and what she was teaching us. Put it into real terms so I can understand what the book actually meant. She didn’t continue until everyone was on the same page in understanding what was going on. This was a very informative class and I am excited to take my test soon!

The course was very clear with the information needed in order to obtain your brokers license. I really enjoyed Sams videos at the end of each chapter!

Despite the COVID-19 shut down which caused a couple different delays with my test date, I was able to pass the exam on the first try. Sam's review webinar was excellent and definitely helped guide me towards the right material to know.
