I have no criticism of the staff but your pricing costs over the past FIVE years have been much higher than others and I am terminating the contract. The conversation I had on 10 February 2023 was very pleasant , as all conversations with your staff have been.

Martin is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. he installed our new system with no fuss and made sure there was minimal disruption to our day

Hi We needed to block a nuisance caller to out helpline. This was not a simple process due to the way we have our system set up, but the engineer (M Naughton) provided an excellent solution and put it in place immediately. Cheers Scott

Since my last review I have been helped by Ricky Walker to resolve at least one part of the issue. He handled the discussion professionally and we were able to agree a way forward. He was extremely helpful in this regard

Believe EVERYTHING you read about this company. Absolute scammers. We had an 0800 number with them. Didn’t really use the number much as we didn’t advertise it anymore but kept it just incase we got the odd job call. Decided to check the number back in august, realised it didn’t even work or connect. Tried to log in, account said it no longer existed. We then assumed they didn’t do business with us anymore so cancelled the direct debit. Well well….. that jumped from £8 a month to over £40 with a demand for over £150. Upon protest, they offered half the bill but more importantly, when we did ask questions etc to their staff member “J******* L**” ignored my further questions regarding this debt and has escalated it to a debt company. The worst agent this J******* doesn’t seem to know that ignoring all of our emails will make this very hard for them to chase. A scam company, please, you really don’t need them. Marcus
