The actual service provided internet and phone was good no problems there. When it came to try and leave and port the number to another provider it took months of no replies. Endless portal tickets, lots of emails. Now we have left chess completely that are still billing us and trying to sort that out is just as slow and painful as the porting !!

Chris Smith came to install our new phones today. He was very polite, efficient and his explanation of the new phones was such that even I (a 61 year old technophobe) could understand how to use them. Thank you very much Chris

Michael Fenton was really lovely to deal wit hand very patient. I had to ask him to call back twice in the afternoon as the first two times he called i was on Teams meetings and he was really good about it. He called back promptly each time and fixed the issue in less than 5 mins. lovely to dealith.

Michael ensured all staff were satisfied with the service and called back on a few occasions to capture staff that were having issues that are not office based. He was very patient and made sure we were operational. Our issues were resolved very quickly :-)

My query was dealt with pretty efficiently by the Chess team and I was talked through with signing up on the Portal which has now set me up so that I can navigate what I need to do through the Portal

Installation was great. Longer term support and excessive in contract price rises is the reason for 1 star!
