Where do I start with this wonderful lady. You truly have a fantastic employee there, look after she is a fantastic assett for Chess. She assisted us on getting new phones for us and a new package, whilst still being able to stop with our existing provider. She took time out to set the phones up, even offering to do it when she was on holiday. Not only has she helped us with the mobile phones, she has gone above and beyond with helping on a couple of issues that needed a slight tweek for our new land line and broadband. Sarah - Thank you so much for all your help and wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable service, I feel like we have made a new friend

To be honest, if I could give a zero star, then I would. Firstly, where do I start aside from my partner having ADHD, and being blocked from posting this, please read what happened in her words to them. "I have been getting billed for something that I wasn't aware I'd had, so called up the company Chess IT. I had a conversation with a couple of people, and then in the end, Martyn explained that it was with NBC a company they now own. They sent me the voice call, and I was saying in the first instance. I remember this call, and actually. This did come off, and enquiry presented online. I then got inundated with companies, including yours. I already told him I use my mobile and didn't possibly need any services until July, and I was at college. He should have left me alone at that point. As having sensory issues and noise I tend to zone out, everything is white noise, the person can be talking, I just can't cypher it properly, I can't concentrate authentically with the noise at college, and a sales person, even if I answer, I don't understand what's been said. Nonetheless, they must have convinced me, but in my head it's normally to get them off the phone quickly and leave me alone, as this is not the first instance I've been exploited by these companies. Anyway, I asked in one call if you're providing me with this so-called service. What calls have been made from this said number, or incoming calls, etc. They said they would find out and still waiting. Cut a long story short. They want me to pay for a service I've not even been receiving. So, I asked them to take me to court. I'd rather show the judge my medical records and report from a psychologist to back me up. Now, does anyone else think this is okay to do this to vulnerable people like me. I'm definitely not happy being a sales commission number". Update 21/02/25 Ryan called and basically said they were not going to pay back the money, and I would need to take this to NBC, who they own. I asked if they could just put me through to that department, they said they couldn't. So, I'm no further forwards, in fact, more backwards. Poooor.
