We recently upgraded our current Chess phone system to a VOIP system and the whole process went pretty smoothly. Our project manager, Kathy Cooper was always available for all my questions, and was quick to get answers if she did not know. The engineers who completed the upgrade, Chris Smith and Martin Cosgrove were brilliant. They put in extra hours to get the work completed and make the switch over for our staff as quick and easy as possible. Chris in particular was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient training our users and myself.
