The worst management in Norwich this company is sending sick care to people's houses and carers need to be trained she lets the vulnerable people in the chair not attend to visit with another carer is second time when is left

Experienced 3 different managers in 2.5 years and can honestly say the latest one is the worst, incompetent, no people skills and also unprofessional in her manner . Other service users get discussed , no confidentiality is adhered to. She promises a full care plan and pretends to listen and agree with service users and families wishes but never delivers. Cera care need to provide adequate training for staff and ensure that they also employ competent management instead of incompetent people who haven’t got a clue!

Everyone that visits my Father are always helpful and caring, he is always happy to see the carers that come round and loves the chats that they have with him.

My father-in-law used their services for around 6 months. He is quire a difficult man to please but he was very happy with his carers. Myself and my husband thought they did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help him in every way. We are very grateful to all of you

Well after using cera for a long time we have always had issues with the bed call which was almost every night late , I mean late by 2.25 hrs , when you call them because its a mobile phone they see your number and let it ring out , they also do this with the carers the carers are all great but the office staff have no compassion, no respect , and no duty of care to anyone , they even leave reviews about themselves, they leave you without care with very short notice and when you complain they tell you find another agency . Stay well away .

My elderly mother (89) lives on her own. She really looks forward to her visit from Tessa on a thursday. Tessa is so positive and uplifting, and cheers mum up so much.

This is about your office in Alloa, Clackmannanshire. Namely Janna Blair, almost all of Carers sent in photographs of Medication that is not in box have been sent in to the named above also texts nothing has been done about it,until I spoke to you 3 days ago her response to that was [ I will amend that right now I see it] yes Janna has only taken a year. Question, does your family know your ill? Answer Nothing for them to know.Question Will I phone Samantha [my grand daughter whom also is a carer] Answer, indeed you will not] but Janna goes ahead and does so, result my daughter calls me worried obviously too ask if I am okay..A carer comes to Community Room , 1st name Ann ?? throws my tablets on too table I came up to my flat 2 hours later makes my tea reached in to cupboard to get a glass where I find my tablets called Janna told her and her answer was if it makes you feel any better she woul not touch anything what would you expect from someone who cannot get a rota right. By the way I am taking this further Janna I told you I had been to the Hospital for an extensive Bowel procedure and may have sickness for a few days..This the 1st I have written about anyone. my advice check with your office who treat your carers like slavery.I have no complaints about mine..

I really like the fact that the carers write a report after each visit and I can access that report very easily via the App. Everyone that looks after my mum is very friendly and caring and I am very pleased with the service.

This App has been a life changer. I can check each care visit and read the notes to keep up to date on what is happening with my aunt who has dementia. I can decide remotely whether or not I need to visit, which saves considerable time.

All the carers took time with my mum. Whether it was helping her with personal care or simply having a chat with mum. Mum said she looked forward to seeing her carers. Mum is now in hospital receiving end of life care and we are so grateful for the care she received whilst at home.

A good app for knowing when your career is coming

I like to see who my carer will be and what time they are scheduled to come to me, I also feel I have more control over times

Cera have been providing care for my father 2 times a day fir the last 4 months. Carers are the highlight of my dad's day. They do a good job in sometimes difficult circumstances.

The company communicates extremely well with clients and their families which is greatly appreciated whilst offering an excellent standard of care which goes above and beyond duty.

Cera care have made such a happy difference to my parents lives . As a family we have peace of mind too .

They are all very professional in what they do I have no problem with any of the carers that come to my house

This is my 3rd attempt to post a review so apologies if they all show on the page..We have had The Cera Care Girls with us since April 2023 and can whole heartily say we would be lost without them ..The Girls have shown patience,compassion, and dignity towards our mum, they have chatted to her, and made her feel its all in a days work and she is not the only person who has to have help to help herself..Their care is just fantastic, Nikki and Carol a special mention to these two special girls , they have patience of a Saint, there constantly on the go ..but our mum is never rushed, they keep us informed if they are not happy with something, We just want to say A Big Thankyou to Nikki and Carol of Cera Care Liverpool , with so much gratitude and thanks from us Lot ...Well Done Cera Care
