The Carers that look after my Mum are Angels. They go above and beyond to care for her needs and are always mindful of her mental and physical welfare. As Mum's principal carer, I have had and am having a very hard time as my husband has gone through horrendous health experiences these past few years and I honestly could not have coped without these wonderful people who have always ensured that my Mum was so well cared for during these difficult times and that has been weight off my mind.
Prior to the introduction of the new manager Kimberly Hooley at The Rise - Plymouth, the care team were struggling the cope with the care needs for my mother. Kimberly has turned the care being provided around from "inadequate" (in my view) to extremely good. The team under her control were outstanding in their care and respect for my mother during her final days, and when mum finally slipping away in her own home at The Rise. Also worthy of a mention for going above and beyond the call are, Cassie, Courtney and Anne. My family wish to thank the whole Cera Care team at The Rise very much.
CERA CARE APP. Such a shame as someone has spent a lot of time & money to develop this new app. With gaps of a week even my last four dayswith no entry, wrong dates & even client age & details wrong i only give 1 star. Such a shame. Ashley Clarke Hammersmith.
The Cera team in Dunoon, Argyll, who look after my elderly friend, are excellent. If I am not around at some point, I can relax knowing that he is in good and safe hands. My friend and I could not have asked for better.
My 3 sisters and I are very happy with the Cera services. The carers give mum her respect and dignity.
The care received has been excellent by the Oldham Branch. However you should pay your carers what they deserve, they could earn more stacking shelves at Tescos
I HAVE NOT BEEN WITH THE CARERS FOR LONG BUT THE ONES I HAVE ARE EASY GOING AND WANT TO DO THINGS THAT I DON,T EVEN THINK OF SINCE I HAVE BEEN WITH ALLIED HEALTHCARE I HAVE HAD MY CARE INCREASED AND MET OTHER CARERS AND ALL WITH THE SAME CARE AND PASSION
Please please please listen, help my carers some are leaving, which is leaving staff that stay very hard work they are pushed to the limits an trying hard not to go off sick they are doing there best to get round all clients, there visits getting cut short , jobs not getting done, who long before a big mistake happens or some collapse with exhaustion DO SOMETHING BEFORE ITS LATE
I cannot recommend the Tamworth/Lichfield branch highly enough they are a fabulous team it is a pleasure to be cared for by them. There is no exception, all of the team are friendly, kind and extremely compassionate. I have been cared for by them for 2 months, they are prompt, reliable, competent and have become an integral part of my daily routine. I am a Nurse of 32 years and recognise exceptional care when I see it. Nothing is too much bother and their attention to detail is admirable. This team have a challenging job, and appear to be led and supported really well by their seniors who are hands on and who work alongside them to ensure quality standards are met and that new practices are implemented. They support each other and have no hesitation in escalating any aspects of my well being to the relevant agency. I feel very safe in their care. We are very, very fortunate in the UK not only to have the NHS but also social care. I would not be able to manage without my A-Team too many to mention but here goes…. Lisa, Hayley, Laurie, Susie, Laura, Noelle, Aggy, Lauren, Marcia, Jade, Roxanne, Steph, Sue, Jo, Lisa, Helen and Kelly - Thank you all.
The team that looks after my elderly relatives are attentive and sensitive to their needs. There is good communication between the team and myself so that we are able to coordinate what needs to be done to help my relatives live the best life they can.
I have had no problems with Cera care, the staff are great and very professional.
You should try to get more carer's because taking to a number of carer's that I see you are putting eleven plus calls in the morning and they are not getting to the last morning call before they have to start there lunch time calls
The carers do a brilliant job, in all weather too, thanks you all, 🙏
Cera care didn't tell me about there policey. Before I signed my contract so I didn't no where I could go with my carer . My three main carers were brilliant. It was the attitude of members of staff awnersing the phone . Talking to me like something they have stood on . At no point did anyone from . Cera ask me wot I want and a member of staff that visited me at home being very rude . Hence why I have had to go to another care company
This care service is invaluable to me as i dont live in same city as mum.
I have absolute confidence in leaving my mums care with cera
This review is particularly towards Ceracare Premier Care Swinton Branch. This is a very unprofessional patty shop. The office staff and manager are rude and intolerable when it comes to communication and bullied me as a service user and also threatened to report me to social services when I complained about issues affecting my health and mental health. They have no respect for the agreement in the care plan and have a serious issues with time.Carers behave fraudulently and are able to beat the system and log in without even showing up to your home, carers having phones out whilst I'm naked taking my shower.0 marks on hygiene as carers never wash their hands anduses same gloves to empty commode and then prepare meals. Carers showing up 2hours early or even 4hrs late since recently resulting in me missing a very important consultant appointment at hospital and having to cancel ambulance transfer.Wouldnt recommend.Carer told me to f off and banged my door on the way out and showed up the next morning as if nothing had happened.Carer shouted at me in my home in the presence of my young child and when I shouted back at her I was demanded to apologise to her.
The Carer : -Julie- is exceptional in every Necessary department required by a professional !
Cera Care provide carers for me, 30 mins in the morning for breakfast preparation and 30 mins in the evening for evening meals. I have found that the carers are extremely pleasant and diligent in all aspects of the tasks they are allocated to carry out. Equally important as preparation of meals is the social aspect of each visit. I find this particularly beneficial and look forward to the various conversation exchanges with each and every carer. There have been minor issues with the timing of visits but these have been resolved quickly with a call to the Cera Office. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend Cera Care. Bernard Carr
Most of the carers my Mum has are good. They carry out her care needs with sensitivity. Staffing shortages cause issues but generally happy with the service. Some newly recruited staff have poor English which is an issue for my profoundly deaf and blind Mum
