The girls are very kind. They are gentle with mum as her skin is very thin....Also its nice that some of them, if they have time left over they have a cup of tea with mum and a chat rather than rush off. The girls are lovely x

Extremely unprofessional, did two day training at Housing 21 before cera care took over, had to re do my training and got told we would get paid the month after on the 15th (August) that wasn't the case. The manager then said we would get paid after our 4 week probation if we pass. Did three days of shadowing, got told if i needed any more i could request some, when asking the manager she had the "not my problem attitude" very bad manners and even called me and accused me of not doing my shifts even thought i have my time shifts, they ended my contract with zero warning just a louder meeting after my shift (i worked all week back to back even the manager knew i had a health condition where i get tired easily) Got told by the manager she would call me back and she hasn't (shock) but can easily answer my mums call and claim she called me and assumed i would call back. The manager at Saxon Court is a bloody joke

This company have no respect or compassion for the staff they never listen or help just take take take to please themselves the staff on 0 hours contracts get treated like dirt and are expected to travel miles for work and don’t get paid the mileage to compensate they have there favourite staff members and look after them but not the ones that have been there for a while it seems the more you moan and whine the more you get looked after surely as a care company they should be caring for all staff and not just the clients if your looking for a career in care I would strongly advise against this company

Don’t actually use this company and never would. They seem to think it is ok for their staff members to throw used latex gloves over walls and onto neighbouring paths. All while on camera. Driving is an obstacle for them also so they just use your pathways to reverse up. When you call to complain you are patronised by people on the other end of the phone calling you love every minute. I’m not your love. I have a complaint so don’t patronise the complainant. Still waiting to hear back although she didn’t take my number so I haven’t a clue how she will manage that. Totally non professional company and disrespectful behaviour from all aspects of the company.

My name is Miglena Stoyanova. I have been working at Kingston Brunch for more than 4 years. So I’ve used their company car for 2 working days and after 3 weeks they keep charging me for the car. For 18 working hours, I’ve paid about 240£ so far and I don't know when this agony will finish. I’ve sent many emails and nobody cares. I’m so disappointed and frustrated, The best rubush company ever!!!!!

Jim Seddon 01 September 2024, 22:49

My name is Jim Seddon and I was recently a client of the CERA Kingston branch. I am writing to say how grateful I am for the care I received over the past few months whilst recovering from surgery. The first thing I would like to say is how much I was impressed by the team who looked after me. In particular I would like to mention the carer who looked after me for the majority of this time. Rajiv was outstanding and very reliable in the way he met my requirements. In addition, the team was skilled and professional in carrying out there duties. This enabled me to make my recovery that much quicker. Furthermore, I would like to thank the office staff who were very flexible in dealing with unforeseen changes in appointments. Finally, I would have no hesitation in recommending the team to anyone requiring care and to let them know they would be dealing with such a reputable organisation

I work for the norwich branch. Love my job. Branch manager is amazingly awesome at her job. All the office staff are excellent and so supportive. Colleagues are there for support. I love my job so much. I am type 1 diabetic. And everyone has my back.

The carers are outstanding, they are kind, caring, sensitive and reliable. They are expert problem solvers when dealing with challenging behaviour due to dementia. The app is superb providing excellent communication and particularly being able to identify any health risks. A quality service by a company which operates with integrity. Highly recommended as they have taken away all of my worries, I have every confidence in my angels as I refer to the carers.

Mums carers are always polite, friendly and helpful. My mum has dementia which makes mum vulnerable but also mums behaviour can change as Quick as the British weather which makes mum a more confused person to care for on a daily bases. A huge thank you to all the staff and careers.😍

Staff are friendly and efficient. The only reason I didn’t give 5Stars is because of time keeping. They never arrive on time according to the schedule. Sometimes up to an hour late or even an hour early, which makes planning meals and visitors very difficult

This App is great. I live reading the personalised comments about my mum and knowing everything is ok. It is great to be able to appreciate the carers too.

The team who look after my mum are mostly fantastic and really care - it would be better if I could use the app to get a message to the next care team visiting my mum - that would help a lot!

1 star is a star too many as far as I'm concerned. Do Not, Do Not, Do Not hire this Cowboy So Called Care Company. They absolutely atrocious. The Carer's are probably ok and doing their job the best they can. However, the Management are not up to the job in hand, they are a Disgrace.

My mother who recently passed away used Cera Care in Norwich , we clapped for carers at one stage now they seem irrelevant ! The care we received was wonderful as were all the staff who visited , like the whole of the care sector they were very busy but never to busy to make my mum laugh and smile , if I called with anything I was always listened too , I would always recommend
