I was having trouble getting a screen replacement on a warrantied Cellhelmet glass by following the instructions on the box and the customer service agent worked with me to figure out that I was trying to replace a registered item when mine was simply a replacement. They sent me the correct address to use and my replacement is already on the way.
Our cellhelmet case cracked. We emailed to let the company know. They responded almost immediately and stood behind their product. We received our replacement within a week or so. I was so impressed with their customer service!
My cord stopped working and after paying $9.99 I was shipped a new one immediately

Although there was a problem with the battery, cellhelmet was very easy to call and to receive a free replacement without costing me shipping and handling.

I just purchased 2 cellhelmets in november and they both had to be replaced and I had to pay $10 each for $20 and just purchased
Had their certified installer put it on. It didn’t last 90 days. The third part warranty company wouldn’t stand behind their product because it wasn’t registered in a timely fashion. Multiple issues with app registration. Registration had to be done manually with the warranty company. That took several days. Still have the receipt. Their person installed it. It was registered. If there is a paperwork issue on their end they are not going to cover it.
My cell helmet cracked and it was replaced in an efficient and timely manner. I was very satisfied.
