It’s funny that Cellhelmet has such great reviews, MUST BE PAID ADVERTISING… When I purchased the liquid glass from Cellhelmet for a screen protector, I read the directions to apply it & even watched a YouTube tutorial video for Cellhelmet’s liquid glass specifically… NOT even a week later, my screen was shattered & I reached out to them… I had a warranty for up to 90 days, and they were supposed to pay—I believe up to $200 is what they specified—for a new screen if the product did not fulfill its expectations… I tried to call, I tried email, NOTHING… It’s as if their customer service does not exist, or they just didn’t want to pay… I even had the app for it & took a picture of my screen & everything that they said to do specifically if this had happened… No help whatsoever, and in the end, I had to buy a whole new phone… (I had my phone for about 2 years & used regular screen protectors, no problem)… A friend had recommended liquid glass screen protectors, & I decided to give it a try… THE ONLY PROBLEM IS, I SHOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED IT THROUGH CELLHELMET!! I really hope that this review helps people to second guess their purchases through this so called “company…” I have not bought anything from Cellhelmet since!!! I’m scared to even try liquid glass screens from other companies now… But I’m living happy here with my OtterBox Case & a screen protector I purchased in a bundle pack from Amazon (: I am so so glad that I got to give this review, thank you Trustpilot, seriously!!

The liquid glass kit came very fast, and was very easy to apply. I have used this many times and am very pleased with the product and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to protect their phones, watch, or tablet!

This is a great company. They always go above and beyond to help me. They cover the cost of the screen break. Just make sure your picture photo is clear otherwise they can't cover the fix. But they are on top of getting everything taken care of

So so good you need cell helmet everytime on everything

My previous review explained how I never received my replacement phone charging cord. After writing my review, cellhelmet reached out to me and notified me that a replacement cord was en route. Within five days, I received the new cord. I would like to thank cellhelmet for correcting any miscommunication and quickly sending the replacement cord to me.

Eventually got it right (2 “customer service” calls before the 3rd one sent the right product) Very confusing….

Cellhelmet protected my iPhone 11 screen when I accidentally dropped it in a parking lot. Well worth the cost of the product.

This is the second cellhelmet I have bought. The first one protected my Galaxy S10 from several falls, some on cement. Knowing that I got one for my new Galaxy S22+.

Took over 10 emails back-and-forth to get a replacement. And then after that I was charged a 999 processing fee which is ridiculous for a replacement

Product is great. Service was great. (Can’t say that about Verizon)
