Stay away from this company and product. The product was purchased for my 13 year old daughter's iPhone. Within 11 months the screen was damaged and notice of a claim was filed. This was within the 1 year warranty period. The Company told me to proceed and the screen was repaired. We were never told there was a time period for the screen to repaired. The screen was repaired approximately 3 months after notice of the claim. Cellhelmet is now refusing to honor the claim stating the repair was not performed soon enough. Do not trust this company When I received the email in February I was never told there was a 30 day requirement. It is also not included int he terms of conditions I originally submitted. I have asked this company for their attorney's name and number and they have not responded. Also, the from the front page of the website says Lifetime Warranty except for Liquid Glass. I purchased Liquid Glass Pro + This company should be avoided. They will not give you full instructions at he time they respond to your claim request. The notice of the claim was submitted within 12 months. In the email response to the claim notice and during phone calls Aron NEVER said there was a 30 day requirement to complete the repair. I thought what i ordered was a phone. It was just a phone tempered glass screen protector. A helpful tip: it would probably be better and helpful if when you title the item, you type that its the phone tempered glass screen protector for (brand of the phone).

I dropped my phone in the cow pen when I got a calf unstuck from under the fence. It not only got covered in calf scours, (baby cow diarrhea) but it also got stepped on multiple times by the mama cow, before I realized I had dropped it, and found it. Literally covered in baby cow poop when I picked it up. I got the case off and am cleaning all the little crevasses. My phone is completely unharmed, the only damage is a scratch on the camera lens protector. I have the Fortitude case, tempered screen protector, and camera lens protector. My husband who uses his phone during work managed to drop his in a puddle in a holding pen last weekend, where it got repeatedly trampled by goats. Phone was unharmed.

I purchased your cord from a Verizon store for the price I thought it was going to be a top notch cord after a year I was not able to use it on my phone n IPad it took me a while to send it back I was happy with the service on replacing it.

It took a grumbling old dog like to use a chat instead of a phone call to resolve an issue. HOWEVER, the customer service rep Aaron turned an old grumbling man into a happy smiling customer in a very short time. Still thrilled about my purchase and the service.

They keep their promise of warranty and replacement !

I would give it a 0 if i could. Worst customer service ever. Will not be recommending that is for sure. You pay 60.00 and download the app on the phone it is used on. Phone gets a crack, have it repaired and they say its not registered to the phone the app is on, but it is registered and the app is useless. Can't even put a claim in threw the app. And have emailed mutilpe times and one email they say it's not registered then another they describe the phone and number. Then tell them yes thats it and i need to make a claim. Come back and say again wrong number, app is not on the right phone but it is. And the app will not let us re-register another liquid glass, which had we known we would not have wasted our money.
