I have had to make a claim and the process was very simple and easy. When I talked with customer service they got back to me in a timely manner and always had an answer. I would definitely recommend there product!

This company is true to their word and was swift in replying to my email and addressing my claim. I got my refund check after I sent them the receipt of the repair. It took a couple of days, but I got my check. I'll be using this company again because of the wholesome satisfaction from their service.

I purchased the cellhelmet product directly from a Samsung honored fix it store that replaced the battery on my phone. They put the cellhelmet product on my phone which is proof the screen was in perfect condition at time of purchase. I went home and installed the app, tried to take picture that it says would start the front of my camera for screen. It submitted. Can't resubmit. Two months later the phone was dropped just on a wood phone and the screen cracked so one the cellhelmet product did not protect the screen. When contacting them they said the picture I submitted was not of my screen rather their app took picture from what my phone was pointed at. They denied my request for my warranty refund of $100 (which by way that was only cellhelmet product available at time and now it would cost me $300 to fix my phone). I gave them proof of the work done on my phone by the dealer who put their product on my phone but still deny. This is robbery and beware of this company at any cost. Reference my claim - cellhelmet Claim Denial / OBCBWX9YKJ If anyone from higher up in cellhelmet company wants to contact me. I plan to contact consumer reports or something about this. As they reply my review below but their app took couple pictures and apparently this was the second one that got uploaded. So i should have noticed and verify the link in the auto generated email was done correctly? The app was wrong and i have no proof of this. The app asked me to retake and it showed me screen but apparently it uploaded the last image. Again their response is ridiculous that because of this mistake they will not honor my warranty of a product i paid for. Absolutely wrong. I have paid invoices of screen in perfect condition at time of install. A valid company would work with their consumer and take other documents as proof and honor the warranty. Have not been this angry or disappointed by a company in years. Do not buy from this company. Buyer beware

I had to register a new product. The Customer Service rep was helpful and solved my issue right away.

My phone screen was damaged. There were no replacement screens anywhere in the US so my insurance opted to replace the phone with a new one. It cost me $99 for the deductible and I received a new $1200 phone. Cellhelmet reimbursed me my deductible for $99 inside of 2-3 weeks. Thanks Cellhelmet. BTW, original purchase for $300 of accidental breakage was $69.99. Great deal if you have an expensive phone and it does a good job of protecting it from scratches and little incidents that would likely evolve into screen damage.

I dropped my phone while on vacation. I emailed Cellhelmet and my new protective cover arrived by the time we got home from vacation. I was so impressed!

I am not happy with the product that I received. Top left-hand corner of the glass protector Kurt has a little crack in it. I feel you should send me a new one while you cover the charges for shipping and handling. I say that because I paid for a cracked shield. Thank you Pam

Outstanding customer service, mine arrived broken and without any question they sent me a replacement. I can’t say enough because there is no such thing as customer service anymore yet these people that sell cell helmet far exceeded that thought
