I had this out on my phone when purchased. I recently saw a big crack on my screen. That goodness for cellhelmet. The cracked protector was removed and a new one installed.

I beat the heck out of my iphone 11 for years. I just got a new iphone 13. I could see some cracks in my old phone screen and the cell helmet was keeping the old phone together (or so I thought). I peeled the cell helmet off the old phone and to my surprise, it was only the cell helmet that had cracked from the abuse. When I took the cell helmet off, there was no stickiness at all AND my screen was in mint condition. I couldn't believe it. Great product. I am for sure buying the iphone 13 screen protector for screen and camera. I used the tempered glass model.

The process to return the item was very complex, I also had to buy another one without the discount I had on the original offer, I just wanted a replacement and instead had to pay to return to the product and spent more for the same item. I love the product but the response time/ customer service is not very good.

It is reassuring to know that you no longer punish customers for making mistakes in a complicated and exact registration process. You make a valuable product and I value quality. Being older, we struggle with the ever bewildering things technology can do and struggle to keep up. Having customer service reps like yourself to help is what good business is all about and ensures success.

Hard to say how well it will work but it is easy to put on and seems to have made the screen stronger. I do recommend watching the video first!!!

CellHelmet has protected multiple devices within my family (iphone, apple watch, android devices) and among some family that I've recommended. A single time, after a particularly bad drop, I had a crack on the edge of my rounded screen and had to utilize the warranty. It was an easy process and I was paid my full $300 that I bought the warranty for easily. Since then, my new screen has been (again) well protected, despite frequent drops. I recommend it to people everytime I see a cracked screen (including a random guy in Home Depot a couple weeks back.) When you find something of quality and value with great customer service and promises that mean something, that creates loyalty. Consider me a highly loyal customer and big brand advocate. - Michael

While it looks greats the smell coming off it is toxic smelling. We have washed it with soap and have it setting outside on patio to see if the smell goes away. Hoping it does if not we will be returning it. Disappointing.

My warrantied product was out of stock and discontinued so they offered a credit on a future purchase.

I've a bad experience with cellhelmet. I purchased a liquid protection for my phone but when my screen crashed I file a claim and I was denied as a result of wrong pictures upload. The pictures was not rejected when i registered my phone .

From the pictures I thought it was textured grips. It was just a piece of smooth plastic. The pics are very deceiving.
