On my 2nd cellhelmet phone case with screen replacement warranty. Luckily, my screen never cracked (despite many tumbles to the ground) so I haven't tested how well the warranty works. Hope this 2nd one (new model phone) will do just as well as the first.

The registration process is anything but seamless and the product does not seem to work that well in that I have had more damaged screens with the product than without it and using a cheap screen protector.
