Easy process to replace my cracked screen protector.
DO NOT BUY CELLHELMET. Not only did my screen crack within a week of having the liquid applied by an authorized seller of this product who does screen repairs, CELLMELMET denied the claim since I did not realize I had to register the product immediately after purchase (although it was registered within 30 days of purchase which is also a requirement). I have proof of purchase of their and the company still denied the claim.
This warranty transaction with Aaron was easy, quick and helpful. My problem was resolved in a timely fashion and my product will soon be on its way.

Correction of my registration mistake. Rep was excellent in resolving my issure.
My phone fell off the box of my truck while I was unloading equipment, it fell onto gravel cracking a quarter of the screen. I then took it to get fixed a couple months later.

Awesome product! It’s sturdy and yet smooth. The grip is great! My only comment is that pressing the power button twice for Apple Pay is hard cause the case is pretty thick. Other than that, amazing case!
I purchased a $24.99 Cellhelmet charger cord on the advice of a clerk at the mobile store. Never again. Cord stopped working within 4 months. I could have gotten a better cord for a third of the price.
