Very strange that the company will not do an exchange for a product. You have to return it and then re-order the correct item. Lots of extra steps.

My screen got chipped so I contacted cellhelmet and they replaced it even though my receipt was at our other home 700 miles away. I sent them a picture of my phone and that was it.Very pleased. Lewis

I bought the use case thinking it’d be quality, but is not.

Bought a new phone, got the cell helmet tempered glass protector. One week later I could not believe both opposite corners had chips and a couple of cracks the length of the screen! The warranty replacement was sent out and received two days later!

Had liquid glass installed on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G by a authorized dealer. Dropped my phone and the weak point on my screen cracked (the edge). Contacted cellhelmet 30 minutes after it happend. Steps: 1. Crack screen 2. Have screen replaced by authorized repair shop 3. Pay for the bill 4. Keep itemized receipt 5. Send itemized receipt to the cellhelmet warranty team as a PDF (very important). 6. Cellhelmet will review receipt 7. Refund will be sent out if approved Sometimes warranties can be a pain but so far I'm on step 7 waiting for the check in the mail. ☆☆☆☆☆

I travel a lot for work, and while I was traveling I purchased the cellhelmet glass protector for my new phone. I subsequently lost the receipt but had all the other info. I could not register for warranty. I found my receipt 3 days after the initial 30 days and asked to please let me register my product - nope. It is pretty lame for something that it touted to be a lifetime product to not honor the warranty just 3 days after the 30 days is over. Better customer service or understanding is needed for real life situations. Will not be purchasing any other products from this company. Thanks!

I was having difficulties installing CellHelmaet App. couldnt register my new purchase because information App installation from 2 years ago could not be removed. Heres where Aron stepped up and made registration straight forward. From my info Aron provided Aron deleted outdated code to enter new registration with Cell helmet. Appriciated the assistance.

Cellhelmet Is the best available product for cell phone protection, product guarantees, and great customer service. I am a repeat customer and promote their products to my friends and associates.

I have purchased this product twice. I also have unknown cracks twice. First time when I went through the warranty process, I was told the picture I took upon registration made my claim ineligible as I didn't follow the instructions correctly - I did a confirmation email saying my phone was registered. So this company wouldn't bothered to let me know that I didn't take my picture correctly, but instead wait until I submit a claim and let me know I didn't register correctly and denied my claim. 2nd time (I bought before I knew they declined my first claim) - my phone went dark out of the blue, and it was deemed that there was a damage on the screen and eventully the screen died (no clear indication of how that happen). I replaced the screen. Submitted my claim and only was told my registration was not complete this time. So again it was denied. Let just say I will go with the plastic protection next time, as my 10+ years of plastic protection, I have never had any cracks on my phone. And I guess if I would have cracks, I would have been out the same amount of money anyway, so why spending money on this product.

I had a question about the application procedure involved with the cellhelmut 300 screen protector. Aaron was able answer my questions quickly and directed me to a video that illustrated the entire procedure. All in all, great customer service!
