I have used cellhelmet for several years on 3 different cell phones, a tablet, and my new smart watch. I refuse to use another screen protector on my devices. I tried a cheaper competitor brand on my boyfriend's cell and he cracked his screen in several places; it just didn't hold up. I don't know of another product you can use that will hold up to being driven over 4 times, keep all the glass shards of the front and back glass intact AND the phone still function for 36 hours until it could be replaced. That's exactly what happened to my Note 8. That's how I got my Note 10+. Now I've got the S22 Ultra and a smart watch. Both are protected by cellhelmet as is my Tab S5E and my HP Spectre X360 15" convertible! Cellhelmet is definitely the last screen protector I'll ever buy.

Good product and they stand behind their products

Absolutely horrible! My IPad needed work and it took longer than 30 days to get it back and therefore was unable to register product. Once I did get it I immediately tried to register and there was no understanding of why it wasn't done earlier. Had to buy another cellhelmet & registered again and when I put in a claim they said the picture I took of the iPad wasn't good enough so I was denied again.

I find the correspondence lacking and not very timely with cellhelmet. I had a hard time trying to figure out how to submit a claim and then I waited a few days for a reply. The reply was satisfactory and helpful. I was able to fix my phone screen. I am now struggling to register the new screen for coverage protection. I keep getting an error message. Thank you for the 25% online discount but the repair shop sells the liquid glass so "begging" for a 5 star review would not be a honest review from a true customer. I have had issues in the past with my phone and I feel the other company was more timely and on top of it. Addendum: I recently received an email from the company with very clear instructions on how to register again with the company. It's like theybread my mind. They explained their hours, they are not available on weekends which I was not aware of which would make sense to my Friday email and ni response til Monday. Thank you cell helmet for the assistance!
