Floor arrived and it’s a lovely colour. However it is very very thin. Just laid it, put wheels on all appliances for a smooth glide and still the vinyl flooring ripped. Absolutely gutted and it was all laid and now has a rip in the middle of the floor.

It costs £20, for delivery when you spend under a certain amount but you do not get to track the delivery. You get messages to pick a 3 hours slot and that is it. When you try communicate with the delivery company about a slot you get no reply. The quality of the lino is very poor. It is extremely thin. Also, it turned up and seemed fine until we unravelled it, for fitting and it had holes, and tears in it. Emailed and still awaiting a reply because the damage is extensive. Communication is poor when emailing them about issues, they do not reply or if they do reply they do not answer the questions. E.g can I have my tracking number please? There reply ‘it will be delivered ——— and you can pick a slot. No tracking number or delivery information are given.

Nothing wrong with the product - in fact it was a repeat order for some vinyl flooring - but the delivery was staggeringly slow. Ordered 23 August, delivered late on 5 September. Even allowing for the Bank Holiday weekend that's not good.

Absolutely awful quality vinyl which arrived, even dropping a smooth glass on it splits it. Total waste of money and not cheap either

I have still not received my order 2 weeks and 3 days and counting. I’ve had 2 emails in the last 7 days saying that I will be notified in 24 - 48 hours of a delivery date and nothing. I was promised a delivery date of 23rd -28th Aug and took time off work last week to complete the flooring in my kitchen and bathroom. A really frustrating experience overall with nothing resolved as of yet. I have had replies from the sales staff who have been very courteous and apologetic but I am completely fed up and concerned that I have paid for something that currently is stuck in a warehouse and I’m losing all hope.

The products are good quality the communication needs work! Delivery time isn’t what they give you but if you email them they will reply but they don’t take it upon themselves to let you know anything. Even expected delivery! I had to email them. Would save them a lot of time if they added this onto the confirmation order

Carpet Warehouse failed to give me a delivery date and I was still waiting 2 weeks after placing the order. When I requested a refund and cancellation, they told me I would incur a 25% fee. After pointing out my consumer rights to them, I was later fully refunded. I would avoid them.

All came out good considering the situation that occurred during the purchase. Delivery and carpet good
