Would never use again. Ordered flooring for my shop, waited until I had the estimated dates to plan other trades around it. Didn't receive and it was the last estimated day to arrive. Countless emails to the company which were so awful at replying. Then the day after it was estimated to come I got a call saying one of the rolls of flooring hadn't even been sent which was their mistake and would be sent out the following week. Absolute joke, I was on a schedule that I planned around the flooring. The only good thing they did was cancel and refund me.

I ordered four samples but received only two. I placed a follow-up order the next day, but the delivery has taken more than a week, despite the delivery not being free.

Ordering was easy and the recommended floor glue was appreciated. However, delivery was lates d feel unless I contact yourselves I wouldn’t have had an update. Delivery was arranged between 7 and 11am. I accepted this, but the delivery drivers phoned me at 5:55am and delivered at 6am! They literally dropped the roll off took a photo and left!

Vinyl was delivered creased and it arrived way past allocated delivery date

Easy to place order took 10 days to be delivered. Easy beautiful vinyl to lay unfortunately tears Easy only moved the fridge at it ripped has dents in from chairs even though they have protectors on them . Used for kitchen and was going to use for living room but I don't think it will last very long . Maybe good in a room that's not used very often. I'm upset it states for use in kitchen as I'm going to have to take this back up . I did use for the front room in the end Only because I realised the fridge did tear the vinyl as it wasn't settled and stuck properly there for it was my fault .. and if has held up in the front room. When I left it for a few hours before putting the furniture back and has dealt with every day life since I will be purchasing more for my kitchen and won't be in so much of a hurry next time .. so from a 1 star review to a five star review Just give it time and honestly it's beautiful vinyl Thank you
