To be honest i would not even leave a one star review because I have had the worst experience with this company. Their communication skills are basically zero, I placed an order for two vinyl floors and underlay. Apart from my order confirmation a week later i still received no update on my order, I emailed the company saying i still had no tracking information and was told to my tracking number was 18th/20th and this was my delivery timeframe. I waited and once again still no actual tracking information so AGAIN i emailed them. This time to be told my order had not been shipped it was “on hold” because they had no underlay to send me! If the item wasn’t available then why was i able to order it??? Why didn’t CarpetWarehouse contact me themselves to inform me of this delay, why did i have to chance them up you my ask…TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once that was established I was told i could have the underlay refunded and the flooring shipped, I agreed but only if they could guarantee the flooring actually would arrive a week. I was told yes thats fine, refund will be issued. Up to date I have received no refund or flooring, however I have finally had an email from a delivery company saying my floor should be here in a few days, lets see if anything actually arrives. *edit as of September 24th 2024. Flooring has actually arrived today, 2 hours before its earliest time frame so that was a surprise. Floor however is NOT worth the money, its paper thin, feels like it will rip the second i try to take it out of the package. No cardboard inside roll to protect it and flooring has been bend in shipment so its damaged Dont know how to upload photos to a trust pilot review to show the appalling quality. Stand by previous statement even more firmly AVOID like the plauge. Just avoid,

It's take very long to deliver. Very bad quality of goods. Never buy agin.

Delivery what beyond the already extremely long estimated time. The delivery company was several hours later than specified and the product is the wrong type we ordered Oak and got Grey. We can live with it because it's for a temporary use but that kind of rubbish given the lead time to delivery. Heaven knows how long returns would take. You get 1 extra star for you excellent and comprehensive response from customer services though.

Easy ordering and delivery carpet great and good value for money

Receiving the free samples really made a difference in our choice. A very handy discount code received was also much appreciated. Great carpet at a great value price. Highly recommended.

I made contact with the support to get a delivery date, customer support were quick to reply. I had delivery date of wed-fri, I contacted on wed to get information. I was told they were waiting for 1 more item to be scanned . So it was never going to be coming wed as it hadn’t even been packed and passed on to delivery. If I hadn’t contact them wed, who knows when I would have got my delivery. When I got my items on the Fri afternoon I was missing 1 item. Which I guess was the original item that hadn’t been scanned. Customer support was good but still not the best experience. I did receive a refund.

Quick delivery / impressive sample quality

Overall the carpet is great and sits lovely in our daughter’s room, service is okay I can’t say we needed to speak to anyone aside from just seeing if they can share a tracking link. The delivery company are good but not as helpful if I’m honest, best to have someone with you to help get it in the area you need too as they aren’t as willing too.

I ordered my carpet on 29 August 2024. I was then told it is out of stock. Today, ie yesterday I asked when it would be back in stock and delivered. Not the courtesy of a reply. Having already paid for it and my bedroom now decorated, it would be nice to see it finished, if at all. Not a good customer experience.

They rung me to say they would be arriving within 15 minutes. I asked them to me me when they outside my flat as my buzzer doesn't work. When they dropped off my order I asked them to leave them in the communal area as my cats are very scared, they was very good and left them. They was 2 very polite guys. Well done for a good job 🌟 🌟

Excellent service for samples and very good value. Will order when I find a fitter that doesn't charge the earth.
