I haven't gotten. My carpet and its 4 days now

Not even received item yet just keep getting told it will be here not happy at all

Absolutely appalled with this company , ordered carpets way at the start of august for moving into my new home . Was told delivery would be due between the 21st-23rd of august . No update and unable to track on the website ! Contacted them to be told that there had been an issue with the underlay and they had forgotten to scan it so would get this sorted for us to then receive them a week later . Understandably mistakes happen and issues can occur but to be promised that the carpets were coming as they were going to deliver them themselves to stop anymore issues from occurring to then once again not receive them !!! Absolute joke !!! Still no carpets and still unable to get into my house as once again no floorings !!! Do not use this company as they are liars

Carpet come on time and delivery guys was very helpful getting it up the stairs for me. And carpet very nice thank you.

I looked at Carpet Warehouse recently when wanting to put down vinyl flooring in our kitchen and utility area, and was impressed by the range of styles and colours available and so placed an order. I then realised I had put in the wrong measurements, so emailed to ask if it could be changed and had a response pretty much instantly and the sizes were adjusted! I then had an email to say one of the rolls I had ordered was damaged and they didnt want to send it to me, so gave me alternative options - either wait for a replacement or I could go for a slightly different style, so I had the parquet style. The flooring arrived really quickly and the delivery company were fab too. The quality of the flooring is amazing for the price and I'm actually glad I'd gone for the parquet style now! I love it ❤️ Special mention to Vicky and Chris who were super helpful, friendly and quick to respond to my emails. I am looking to replace our bathroom floor soon and will definitely use Carpet Warehouse again

Excellent carpet at a really good price. Only downside was the date of delivery changed. However, this was NOT carpet warehouse’s fault but the company they use for delivery. Would definitely buy from them again.

The vinyl flooring was very good quality for the price and email updates at each stage of the process is welcoming. The delivery drivers were on time and they let me know beforehand they were on the their way. Also they were polite and helpful. I would have given 5 stars if the length of time between ordering and delivery wasn’t as long considering you pay for a standard delivery service but overall still a good service. Ordered vinyl flooring recently. It rips very very easily moving furniture around. Completely ruined within 24 hours of being professionally fitted. Won’t be buying again.

I didn’t receive any anything from them until now. And when I talk to them about the refund, they said it’s at 25% fee This is unfair Don’t order from them.

The 2 gentlemen that delivered were polite, friendly. The carpet looks lovely. I am really pleased. Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing more products in the future
