Great product really pleased with the pattern and the fit. Driver called to confirm delivery time and came exactly when it was planned for. Very happy with quality.

We ordered carpet to be delivered on Wednesday 25th September and I paid £60 to pick a date, I was then told that the order would be coming on the 27th September, this was not convenient as I was back to work then. I went on live chat to see if I could sort this out and was told if I pay a further £20 I could get it delivered on Tuesday 1st October and this delivery would be set in stone, so arranged for another day off of work. Then yesterday Friday 27th September my carpet was delivered a day that was not convenient because the only person at home was my disabled wife. I will not be buying from your company again as your customer service is useless, and I would like my £20 back please

I found the website easy to use with a variety of payment options. I was kept informed of progress on my order given a date for delivery and the delivery company gave me date and time slot phone 30 mins before arrival and compleated delivery with efficiency and politeness.

Tried to contact them countless times about the carpet ,no reply then someone told me they don't have the carpet I ordered .I lost money as my house renovation was postponed .

Easy to order and arrange delivery. Looking forward to receiving it

Stay away from this company at all cost missed delivery today at 12pm which I was In waiting for phone up at 12.15pm to find out they charge £20 for redelivery every time so wanted to cancel my order to find out they keep 25% of your total order this company is just out for your money absolutely terrible service

Great dèlivery and on time

Flooring was great when it first went down but within days it started to rip, my toddler dropped a toy on it and the floor rips. It's now covered in rips and hasn't been down 3 months. I'm constantly trying to glue the small tears down before they can come off. Have to save now for another floor.

I received email saying delivery would be 25th to 27th heard nothing else .emailed customer service was palmed off with courier will email after it leaves warehouse it's out of our hands !!! My contract is with carpet warehouse not some obscure courier .I wont recommend carpet warehouse and won't ever buy from them again

After ordering I realised I would have moved to my new property when the delivery date was sent through. I emailed them straight away and although they were unable to guarantee a delivery date they changed my address. They were very quick at answering my email.

Well laid out website, plenty of choice and great prices. Ordering was simple too

Delivery time took a month and ended up sending the wrong size. No compensation offered.
