I received my samples very quickly and they were labelled to make it easy to compare prices etc. The prices are also very reasonable for those of us on a tight budget

Liked the product after seeing the samples which came very quickly but our choices were out of stock. Still waiting.
Good value for the money fits to size
Easy to order online. Carpet and underlay was shipped and delivered promptly. Accurate delivery messages and polite delivery staff put it where I wanted it. Carpet was fitted and looks great and all for a very reasonable price. What's not to like. Very happy and would use again.

Extremely long delivery time - over 20 days since purchase. This is my 2nd order but last one for sure.
Carpet was scheduled to be delivered on one of three specified days. The days went by and it never arrived. Then, and only after me messaging them first, did they explain there was a delay and it would arrive later. Three days after the last day of the scheduled delivery, it arrived. So there could be better communication.
Website not correct, said can pick a store, rang Huyton branch ,was told they don’t hold stock comes from manufacturer. Order on line 27/01/25, now 10/02/25 still not received.accordingly won’t be using again. Had stuff quicker from China.

Order number #CW129198 I has several issues with the supply of samples - first, 2 were missing. Following a contact with the company, I got an additional shipment for the 2 missing samples, but only 1 was sent. It seems to be related to a general company problem 🤷♀️
I ordered some floor vinyl samples (order number CW129997) they arrived promptly and in good order. I now need to decide which will go best in the garden room and then make an order.
Ordered the max of 4 samples, paid £1 for postage which is fair, they took a little while to be delivered and delivery communication was a bit strange but the samples are a good size and decent quality. Carpet samples are carpet samples!
Ordered samples and they came so quick! Will be placing an order soon to have our full house re-carpeted!

The website was easy to use.
I wanted some vinyl flooring and couldn't find what I wanted locally. Stumbled across carpet warehouse whilst looking on the Internet. Ordered some samples first so I could see what the quality was like. Then places an order for the one I wanted. Delivery updates were really good and it arrived on time. The quality of the flooring is great as it was much cheaper than other stores price wise. I liked that I could buy a thinner thickness of vinyl so I didn't need to take my door off once it was laid. Overall really happy and would recommend.
