What can I say I ordered a carpet and one was delivered Good quality for the price Delivery driver helped get the roll upstairs too

I requested samples - got samples - arrived quickly. Went to my local shop and found they've shut done. Went online to get answers to questions and came to a dead end. Ended up going somewhere else where I could speak to people and get all my questions answered.

Carpet has two really bad creases running down the length of the carpet, bearing in mind you don’t know this until you lay it, as the carpet is 5m x 4m and on a long cardboard tube - the company won’t accept any responsibility. Clearly a fault that they can see on the photos provided - who would intentionally lay a carpet with two tram lines running down it - which is an eyesore and is the first thing you see when you come into the room. I have brought online carpets before and never had any problems! Thank you for your patience. After a careful review, unfortunately, as the product has already been cut and installed, we cannot verify if the issue was present prior to the delivery. Once the product is cut and installed, it is considered accepted, and we are unable to offer a replacement or return as stated in our policy. We understand this may be disappointing, and we are truly sorry for any frustration this may cause. Delivery was due Thursday, no attempted delivery as they didn’t provide it to the courier company. No one contacted me regarding this until I phoned them the next day. I asked why I was not contacted and they said it was the couriers fault. I asked for next day delivery or a 100% refund. They refused both. They offered a 75% refund even though they acknowledged the fault was due to them and their courier service. Avoid company

Awful company, rude customer service member and unwilling to help any customers with any issues that have arisen. I waited over two weeks for my delivery, which i had to email and ask for an update with them! For them to then tell me that my original order got lost and they will send me a new one. I ordered on the 02/09/24 and was promised delivery by the 10/09/24. This did not get delivered until the 21/09/24 at 9PM at night! I was then told they will not offer me a refund for my delivery fee which was £20 and they can give me a 5% refund off of my order. This would have been £4.86 ish which is such an insult in my opinion. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Received my samples very quickly. Great quality. Just need to decide what colour I want then will definitely be ordering my carpet and Lino
