Scam! The items do not arrive! I've ordered samples twice now. First time only one sample arrived in the box but I ordered two, they said they would send out another. This never came. Checked with them on delivery after 10 days- they blamed royal mail for losing the parcel..they said they would send another out. 5 days later still hasn't arrived again and tracking hasn't updated again..im just glad this happened with the samples before I spent actual money with them! Response to their reply: I have been in contact with various members of your team by email for several weeks now over these samples ( you would know this if they bothered to check ) Its not a very good first impression and due to this I am not convinced any further purchase I would make with you would actually arrive!

I didn’t receive my retractable knife in my delivery however everything else was spot on:)

Carpet was a great price and is exactly what we wanted for son's bedroom. The biggest issue was with delivery firstly I ordered because of the delivery dates that were quoted as well as a good price. Once I'd ordered is where it all started to go wrong. I was given a 3 date range for when it would be delivered which was fine it also said I'd receive a message day before the start of the three day date range with a confirmed day and time range, I didn't. I got in touch with Carpet Warehouse and they said it was in the hands of the couriers. I got in touch again and stressed that I'd bought with specific delivery dates in mind as I was project managing son's bedroom refurb. Again I was told it was down to the couriers. Got in touch again and this time I got a delivery date from the couriers and i'm convinced I only got that because I'd kept pressing Carpet Warehouse. When the carpet arrived it was really good quality, so can't fault them on price or quality but they need to improve their delivery process.

Worst communication ever, no sign of it no word. Then company says no stock now on back order yet courier said would deliver. It did eventually got delivered but worst courier service ever. Carpet completely packed in overfilled van which meant it took a while for them to get it off the van. Will never buy from them again. Ever

It is not the first time I have ordered flooring from this company. This time they had ran out of underlay but failed to let me know. The order was delayed but still super quick. When contacted by me to ask where my order was I received a call from a human to assure me that my order was on its way and what the original issue was within two days my delivery arrived. The drivers were very helpful and professional. Very please but have yet to open carpet but I am sure it will be fine.

Delivery way over priced cost more than the item. No way should a small bit carpet cost 40 quid delivery. Rip off

Do not order from this company!!! Awful I would not give it any stars In response to your reply - In your terms and conditions it does not state anything about you sending out a completely different flooring to the one I ordered. As explained in my complaint to your customer services YOU sent the wrong flooring - YOUR MISTAKE!! But you have taken no responsibility for this. As I’ve said, really bad company, do not order from them!! When I purchased this flooring I had no response from them, had to chase up via email as there is no contact number, they emailed me back saying they had contacted me and to check my spam emails, which I did and nothing in there, then the delivery- which was late, then it came on a xl roll that was to big to go in the house and had to go in the garden, wrapped up with no way to check the flooring, but when you order something you expect it to be the one you ordered, your mistake. I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts meaning I couldn’t be home when my fitter un-wrapped and put down the flooring. It is not what I ordered, now I have to go elsewhere and pay again for flooring and someone to fit it.

Had a great range of carpets didn't take long to find what I wanted and it was made easy by the calculator to tell me how much I required. Ordering was extremely easy.

Delivery time was quoted at 4-5 days delivery costs expensive delivery was 14 days contact with Carpet warehouse gave prompt reply but did nothing no explanation If you need goods in short time buy elsewhere
