Did 4 rounds of adjustments with Byte. Not one of them gave me the results promised. I will never recommend Byte to anyone. Don't waste your time and, especially, your money!

Genuinely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 50+ years on earth. Seriously, banks, insurance, the cable company, credit cards, of any business Byte is the worst. My experience with Byte was beyond terrible. From day one, I had to threaten to cancel my order to get my aligners shipped. Then the communication throughout the treatment was abysmal up until and including refunding me and canceling my treatment because of an FDA action. I had to ask six times why I was being refunded before getting an answer. There were several people along the way who really tried to be helpful but were hamstrung but how poorly run and managed the company is. Won't be surprised to hear that Byte goes bankrupt once the investor capital dries up. It's just not possible to run a functioning business this way.

I shipped my impression kit back Tuesday October 15th 2024. I messaged them Thursday october 17th to see if they received them. They responded back Mon october 21, 2024 confirming that they received them and that the lab is doing a 3d scanning on them. They also stated that they added a an extra free whitener and that they will be in touch once my treatment plan is ready. It’s now November 14th 2024 and I haven’t heard anything from them. I tried reaching out again to them Nov 9, 2024 but no response. At this point I’m assuming this company just scams people by taking our money from us when we purchase an impression kit, knowing all along that they aren’t really going to send us a treatment plan/ Aligners * Update I Have received a refund from byte.

I just needed my bottom front four teeth straightened. Two years and two thousand dollars later there has been no improvement at all.

I got my kit and completed the kit, the delivery was fine getting here. When I shipped back my finished kit they sent me a refund and I never got the aligners.

I tried their program, and honestly, it made my teeth worse. When I told them about it, they told me they would send me new ones, and it's been almost half a year now. They made me do three different impressions because the other ones were supposedly not good enough, and now they want me to go to my local dentist and get an exam. In that case, you're better off just getting Invisalign from your dentist. Also, they won't give me a refund. They keep saying how I have a lifetime warranty, even though I clearly don't want to continue with them anymore and clearly theyre program made my teeth worse. I do not recommend them.

I bought the kit from byte then returned it 3 days later. Within a week I got a email saying they weren’t taking anymore kits even though I had already returned mine. Kept contacting them to let them know I had already returned mine with no response. No updates to my case either. Basically wasted time and money on the kit.

I made a terrible choice. As best as I can tell it’s just a scheme The setup for Byte is they tell you that you will be assessed, that they provide a number of aligned, reassessed for the next round of aligned until results are achieved. It’s a bait and switch. They just disappear and there are no real people to speak to.. The alignersni used for 17 weeks provided no noticeable results and I’ve been trying to get assistance 6 weeks. It’s just a death spiral.

When it came time to get my aligners they keep spinning me saying send different photos. This happened for about a month 3 different sets. Then they said the fda Is now regulating them so they want me to go see a doctor to see if I need aligners when I've already been using them for 8 months. I told them I want a refund. They keep making excuses and they charged my card again today after they said they stopped treatment. This place literally is a scam nothing has been done with my teeth they are still crooked. I'm very frustrated that I have spent this much money on people that are not fulfilling what they Said they can do.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I applied for them in October. I returned my liners October 7th this year. I still haven't heard from anybody they claim they will get your dental records for you, if you okay it they don't. They won't respond and if they identify your number when you call them, there's no live agents to talk to as of the last month. This is a horrible company, and I think they're on their way out of business. Horrible, horrible, horrible i'm so disappointed cuz.I really wanted to work with them

I'm thoroughly disappointed to have wasted my money on aligners from BYTE, especially after learning about the company's poor patient onboarding process. The company revealed that certain conditions which posed significant risks to my oral health. I now suffer from issues with my bite, and other concerns, which could affect my jaw and teeth for life. I wish BYTE had provided adequate services to prevent these problems. I am not surprised that another “aligner” company has lied to their customers again. I will be seeking compensation from this error through the company or with legal assistance.

I've sent my impressions in And got a text stating you all are canceling my impressions And I've messaged the representative that was messaging me and still have yet to receive a reply This is now the 2nd time I've attempted to be a consumer from byte and neither time has been useful.

I wanted to like this company but their communication was very confusing. They texted me constantly to follow up about my impressions kit with reminders to mail it back but a week or so after I received the kit they sent me an email that they are pausing both shipping out and processing kits shipped back while they re-evaluate their regulatory requirements and would be refunding me for my impression kit because of this. However, I kept getting texts from them asking me to mail back my kit. ??? Are you processing the kits or are you not? This poor communication caused me to lost trust in the company and I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward with Byte.

The puddy was all dark and the instructions said to mix light and dark puddy. When I reached out to a rep that was text messaging me to inform them of the problem and to be advised what to do, I got no response! And I'm still sitting here with a box of materials and supplies I paid $14.99 for.

I received an email saying my shipment has been canceled and I’d be getting a refund after paying in full, I have yet to receive a refund nor my shipment and I can’t get ahold of a real person. 😡

I have completed byte treatment, now they are refusing to give my retainers which I paid in advance $750.00 for what they called byte protection plan. It is the offer to provide 10 retainers over the years. Now they are asking to see a local dentist first to look for any contraindications, which doesn’t make sense when I have completed the treatment. Byte is a scam stay away from Byte, or you loose your money. They are not answering the calls.I NEED THE REFUND.
