If i can do 0 stars i would! i mean the worst service ever. the way they hound you to pay them and buy from them is so consistent and then when youre a subscriber and paid lots of money for a FAILED Product service they ghost you. you are not their problem anymore they already have your money. Also i have gotten severe gum receding with byte aligners and plan to take further actio on this company! now they sent out a contract for anyone that subscribed to sign so they can cover themselves up and not reply to any emails with concerns! ridiculous !! do not recommend!!! go to Invisalign.

SCAM, they will try every way to not send the rest of your aligners. Their online presence recently stopped which is another sign that they took people's money and closed the business or whatever. Be aware of this kind of online scammers. I guess it's a new way to steal. I feel sorry for them, really.

Complete scam. Took my money for the impressions and then told me I wasn’t going to be given the retainers and refused to give me a refund even though I was told I was getting one. I continue to contact them and I am being ignored.

Terrible service. Aligners arrived October 16th and only weeks later on November 6th, received safety notice of issues with product and advised to discard items but Byte team does not response to messages and had not provided refund. Raise dispute to credit card company and BBB.

Extremely slow to respond, poor fit and sharp edges on aligners, incomplete alignment I felt like I need additional aligners and I cannot get any support.

I will copy the email for best explanation. "Unfortunately, we are experiencing a service outage that is affecting our ability to process orders. We hope it will be resolved soon for you. Please visit our website for the most current updates. Have a great day!" Meanwhile they take your money.

I completed the impression kit. It was supposed to have been scheduled for a pick up. USPS didn't pick it up on the first day so I left it in the mailbox for it to be picked up the second day. It wasn't picked up. On the third day, I received an email from USPS that they had picked it up. I went to my mailbox, they hadn't picked it up, so I hand delivered it to the post office. The next thing I heard from byte was that the company was not making liners of any kind due to some kind of issue...

The worst aligners ever! I have had nothing but issues. The customers service wants you sign contracts constantly and not help you with sending new aligners because the ones you have don’t fit! I can’t believe how bad this experience has been and no one will seem to help!

Having a really hard time with this company. The aligners they gave me, gave me bucked teeth and they keep sending me new kits to make a new impressions and denying that any of them are usable. I've sent in about 4-5 new impressions (which are tedious to do) and they say none of them are acceptable. This has been going on for over a year now and I can't bring myself to make another impression. It's like they're pranking me at this point. I tried reaching out to them again and they said it might be a Dental issue and have no dental problems at all. I really want a refund. This has been stressing me out for over a year. It's not worth it.

My teeth are better than they were, but my final result isn’t as great as I expected. I still have teeth that are jutting out, but it’s too expensive to do it again.

Someone contacted me daily up until I ordered my aligners and paid in full on 9/23/24. Since then, I have not been able to contact anyone to check the status of my order or refund. Transaction was never posted to my account. Money from my HSA was used and now my taxes will be negatively affected since the money was withdrawn and no medical service provided.

Took my money for impression kit, then stated all shipments had stopped. No reimbursement as stated. Terrible experience.do not pursue this company.

Everything seemed normal and legit, there was great communication, received my impression kit, sent them back, then got an email saying they were shutting down temporarily and I would receive a refund for my impressions kit. No communication since, never received my refund, no updates to my personal profile, will not ever try to use again.

Very unsatisfied, Byte even reached out to me and when I had showed them that I had all my pictures and responded to all their emails they just stopped responding I have yet to pay these people because my teeth look the same no way in hell I'm paying 2500$ for some retainers when I still have gaps in my teeth and NOBODY responds, do your self a favor and save a little more money and go to a dentist you'll thank me. Never again horrible experience, I would truly love for byte to remove the cost off my account but im nit holding my breath. Just save yalls money stuck with the dentist becuase now not only do i owe byte 2000$ and something dollars i now have to go to the dentist to see if we can fix my teeth correctly and i have to spend more money.... like my daddy use to say... pinchin pennies will cost ypu dollars.... just becuase some companies price point is attracrive dont go straight to them do your research! Like i should have.

Treatment was not as planned by the time my last aligner was completed. Made some difference, but not where they said I would be. Sent in a re-order impression kit 9/26/2024, no update to when I will get my new aligners. I was told they were being printed in the lab, since then no response. I keep getting a runaround with new things to-do, but no real answers. Do not give your money to Byte, do not trust them to support or listen to you as a paying customer. You cannot trust them to do what they say they are going to do. I am so disappointed. You will not get a refund, just do not do it.

First person I spoke with was great but now that I am trying to contact someone because my aligners haven't arrived I am not hearing back from anyone. No one answers the phone
