Very disappointed with them. I thought I had a simple case, especially when you look at the photos on their website. I have an overlapping tooth. One tooth that needs straightened. Apparently I'm not a candidate and they give zero explanation as to why other than my case is "too complex". In which way? They need to provide details. The care support person never answered my final question and suddenly I saw a refund for my impression kit. Not happy. Oh, and to top it off, they had me open a care credit account and discuss payment plans, even though my impressions hasn't been fully reviewed? Makes no sense and frankly, it's deceptive. Don't have people open cc accounts until the end of the entire process.

I loved the process and the start. I’m on my 1st step so I can’t review how they work. But It’s amazing how well they did my aligners. They fit perfectly and are not uncomfortable besides the shifting of my teeth obviously. I really can’t wait to finish and have my smile back.

To order the kit was very simple. The kit arrived quickly. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. And the support team from Byte were knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I also love the fact that I am getting a month of whitener free just for sending in my kit within 48 hours.

I Purchased My Impression Kit 8/18 and It Arrived About 2 Days Later. I Sent It Off The Next Day. My Byte Advisor Was With Me Every Step Of The Way. As Of Yesterday 9/14 I Received All Of My Aligners Top & Bottom. I’m Loving All The Accessories That Were Included. The Fit is Perfect and I Have Had Aligners From Another Company in The Past and I Am Glad To Say I Am Way More Satisfied With Byte! I Definitely Recommend and They’re Affordable .

Waiting on my aligners, process so far has been great. Easy to do impression kit. Love the fact they show you a 3D model of the before and after.

I have just started my byte journey and have loved every moment so far. I was VERY skeptical of not going into a dentist office to fix my smile. Byte has been super easy to work with from making the molds to choosing a payment plan. Tamisha was my advisor and helped me through the whole process of creating the molds and picking out my plan. I received my aligners super quick and the byte app has helped me stay on track. I haven’t had one problem so far. There are instructions for everything that comes with the pack. I am very excited to see my new smile. If you’ve been thinking about trying byte… just do it! You won’t regret it. I haven’t so far!

After getting payment I have tried getting ahold of them again because I received a text saying my case is to complex. One day later I get another text saying my aligners are 3-5 weeks out. They seem very disorganized! When I try to call the person that helped me set everything up, they are “on the phone with a different customer.” I’ve sent text asking for them to get a hold of me but not one time have I gotten a call from them after. Very annoyed and confused with this company.

I ordered my aligners in May. I completed the imprints as soon as I got them, uploaded photos and sent my required monies. It is September 13th and I still have not received my product as promised. The communication has been very poor. Unable to connect with anyone only through email and text. Horrible experience with this company. I would never recommend them.

There is a huge lack of support from Byte.com regarding pricing, treatment and insurance. I submitted my insurance and have yet to hear back about what has been covered. I was NOT told that my bottom teeth would not be able to be treated until after I purchased my entire package aligners included. I received an email only because I asked why my bottom teeth were not covered and why I paid over 2,000 dollars for just my upper teeth that do not need much attention. To me, I should be paying half the price due to half of my mouth not being part of my treatment plan even though this is what I originally thought and wanted to be included in said plan. I'm not very happy with the service/business so far. I could have gotten braces and spent thousands less than what I am spending for this.
