Overall a good experience, I did have a question for the dentist that wasn’t answered before I received my aligners, but I am excited to see the results.
After half of the year of waiting for the rest of my aligners, now I'm being bombarded with endless unnecessary requests for pictures... Poor customer service and treatment, looks like people who work for Byte Support Team do not care if there is any bad reviews or requests to ask requiring pictures...
I completed the BYTE process from beginning to end and have waited a couple months to post a review so I could be really clear about an unbiased review. It appears most of the reviews that come through the review feeds are people who are pleased with the sign up process but have not actually gone through the entire BYTE aligner process. This seems misleading as it skews the ratings. I would read reviews of people who have been through the entire process before making a decision. For those who don't want to read through the details I will say upfront if I had the chance to go back and do it all over again I would have spent the extra money and paid for a local dentist or orthodontist to realign my teeth. Regarding details of my experience. I had in my opinion a very easy case as I have had braces before and I was only aligning my bottom teeth which were minimally out of place as I hadn't worn my bottom retainer in about 18 years. The sign up process was easy and promising. My experience of the process of using only aligners to align my teeth was not detailed enough to get my teeth perfect. My bottom teeth look much better but they are not as straight or aligned as much as I would have liked. Thats why Invisalign would have worked better as it can move your teeth in a more precise manner. Someone who is monitoring progress can also ease your mind by answering any health concerns that come up directly during treatment. I did not have this and in hindsight would have liked it. BYTE customer service overall was fine but I was never able to speak directly in person with someone from my "clinical team" as they are called. You always liaison through a support specialist and then you get access via email to someone from your clinical team. You don't really get individualized care in my opinion - they just tell you the same thing the would tell anyone else. "Go back to the best fitting aligner" repeat steps so and so etc. I wasn't happy with my results after completing the original treatment so BYTE had me redo my impressions and I was given a new set of "refinement aligners". That didn't help. I ended up in the same position as before but had to wear the aligners for 3-4 more months. Communication and customer service were fine. The whole experience was fine. In the end I would have spent the extra money to have my teeth aligned more accurately and saved myself trepidation throughout the experience of if it's actually going to work. The time they quoted me that I would actually be in aligners was about double for me. It sorta works, (and my case was pretty easy IMO), your teeth will be straighter, but if I could do it again, I would see a local dentist/ortho and go that route.

I am very satisfied overall with my experience so far. I am on aligner set 7 and I see such a difference in my smile. I also love the hyperbite and whitener!!
Customer service was outstanding! One part of my bright Byte system was broken and all it took was a call and they gave me the code to receive a replacement for free. It arrived quickly! I appreciate such good business.
The worst customer service i have ever experienced and i never leave reviews. Ive been charged for 2 months ($400 + dollars) Theyve not sent me any product yet, they wont get back to me. They HARASS you to get you to sign up and then once youre one a payment plan they dont respond. Use ANYTHING but byte
Pay the couple extra dollars and get them local. It has been such a pain to keep up with sending pictures and doing all the impressions. They have never fit tight in the first place and going local would have been SO MUCH easier.
I cannot get in touch with anyone about the amount that I was charged. I was promised a different amount than what byte charged me. Agents were in contact with me nonstop until I was charged and now NO ONE will respond now. This should be illegal!!! This is ridiculous.

Byte manufactured by aligners without treating my bottom teeth. My top teeth are fine, my bottom are the ones I wanted corrected. I've been attempting to get in touch with them for almost two weeks without a response. I paid over the phone for all day aligners after sending my impressions, before the treatment plan was created. That was a mistake. It's clear that no human actually reviewed my impressions or signed off on my treatment plan, because I reached out within one minute of seeing my incomplete treatment plan and apparently it was already being manufactured. That's the last communication I've had from Byte, with no further responses to any of my messages. Byte needs to either treat all of my teeth or refund me in full ($2k). I've worked in CX for a startup for years and I've never had such terrible service from a company. Once they take your money they're no where to be found. If I can't get a full refund I will be pursuing legal action
The process from impression to purchase were very easy and clear. I haven’t received my aligners yet. They have shipped I’m waiting for them to get here. I’m very excited to fix my smile which is one of my biggest insecurities. Byte customer service was amazing.
My advisor stopped responding to me once he got my money. Extremely annoying and disappointing. Was only able to get a response by harassing the instagram messages
Customers beware. I have had a very poor experience with byte since the beginning. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU SEE YOUR TREATMENT PLAN! Their refund policy makes it so you cannot get a refund after something ships. They tend to ship items to you immediate after purchase… I payed for treatment before seeing my treatment, and I was disappointed with the end result. I was never able to reach my byte advisor, and the support team only reached out after I left a bad review. I am currently trying to get my money back because I do not want to go ahead with treatment that will not address what I need or want. They have extremely scammy policies and I do not recommend. My advice would be to spend the extra money on Invisalign.
Did not go through process with me apparently I ordered my aligners In my sleep went through at 8 in the morning and I didn’t wake up until 10 and they won’t answer the phone for 3-4 days I’ve sat on hold for 30-40 minutes at times and no emails have been replied to
Don’t do it ! Just go to your dentist ! Yes it maybe more money but when something happens your dentist will be able to better assist Even byte will tell you to go to your dentist
