The most efficient, fast, polite, and accommodating customer service team. Beautiful products of exceptional design! Just a little note - Brass could be a bit heavy on the toggle switch and it could break after a few months of use. If you're really sold on the brass, use with care please.

I received my order very quickly. It was more than I expected, very good quality. I went on and made another order on a different colour. I wasn’t sure yet if my 2nd order had gone through so I phoned Buster & Punch and the lady who took my call was very helpful and said I would receive confirmation of my order in a few minutes of which I did. My overall experience was very very superb. Just having a phone that actually works and customers can be helped is very good. When you make purchases to most of these companies just getting to talk to someone is a hussle so please Buster & Punch keep up the good work 👍👌🏽.

The rating is based solely on the very efficient delivery of the package. My girlfriend threw away the opened package, thinking it was empty, before I had a chance to install it. I have already reordered the same items.

There were the technical issues with the website when the Black Friday deals started making me unable to see the full extent of the offer. I made a wrong order that I needed to cancel which was dealt brilliantly by the Buster & Punch customer service, namely Roseanne who helped me to cancel the order in no time. Since then I ordered product I wanted :)

Buying on B&P’s website is not just painful, it’s enough to make someone totally give up and buy something else elsewhere. After four hours trying to add products and get to check out, I was met with at least 10 failed transaction attempts from timeouts…. at least per the website telling me so. It appears that three orders actually went through. Louise, an absolute gem in your company, not only quickly resolved the matter and assisted me with making sure I could get the items I needed, but also restored my faith in buying directly with B&P as I know now that I will absolutely be taken care of by the amazing crew. Overall, despite the technical issues B&P have, I will absolutely be staying with B&P for future purchases.
