I bought thousands of pounds of switches and sockets but all the switches are garbage. They look great but the mechanism is cheap and nasty and fails very quickly. The first failed almost immediately, I spoke to their customer service team but they are unhelpful and sightly aggressive and rude. Having seen the other reviews I assume they responded in this way because they are constantly dealing with disappointed customers. Avoid this style of toggle switch at all costs. Both single and double toggle switches are now in the bin.

I have to say, this is a really professional service and a great-quality product, very different from the replica rubbish that is out there—full marks from me.
