I made a purchase during the Black Friday sale on your website. While I was excited about the discounts offered, I encountered several issues during the shopping process. The site was extremely slow and kept freezing, which made it difficult to complete my purchases. As a result, many items I wanted were sold out before I could buy them.

The dimmers have a major lag in when they turn on and when the light bulb actually turns on. The dimmer knobs are way bigger than they appear in pics. I’ve wanted these for a couple years now. And the quality was not what I expected for the price.

I made a mistake while ordering and the Customer service was impeccable. I am looking forward to receiving my goods. I had seen the door handles in a hotel in Paris years ago and had always wanted to use them in a home.

Bought 3 switches on the black friday, i'm in Canada, caution! the total on the bill doesn't include the sales taxes and import duty ! on saturday when i looked at my credit card summary i found out, so i wrote an email to cancel my order, on monday got an answer we cannot cancel since it directly sent to the warehouse so beware! you cannot cancel your order.

The items they sell are top of the line.beautiful design, excellent quality. -1 star is fir the website,it is very hard to process the purchase as it will freeze, not let you select the country of destination etc.

Great black friday prices. I'd previously ordered switches and sockets for my kitchen and when one was found faulty I mailed them and they swiftly sent a replacement out at no cost. Really good customer service. Off the back of that service it's given me the confidence to spend considerably more sorting fixtures and fittings throughout the house and the quality has been top notch. Only real issue is the speed of their wordpress hosted site, incredibly slow to load at any time. And probably my fault for not logging in but I made multiple orders which could have possibly been combined to save a little on postage and packaging, but no biggie.
