There were a couple of problems with the order at the start, and a few too many emails + phone calls to customer service needed. All the products were not registered at check out, and a few products were not in stock, which wasn't communicated to me. But in the end I got great help from Rhianne Saunders, so I would like to thank her for excellent service, with quick responses and problem solving.

From start to finish I had a great experience, having had a lovely enquiry from my customer, I contacted B&P to discuss more favourable rates Jane (our rep) was promptly on the phone and liaised between the office and me, likewise the office picked up on our request and arranged the quote for our consideration, thankfully our customer was happy with the pricing and duly instructed us to proceed, we placed our order with the sales office and goods were delivered the following morning...! it doesn't happen often but we received an email from or customer thanking us for our swift services, this was in part down to B&P, would definitely use them again.

We bought a light switch from them 3 years ago, and we loved it. beautifully designed. But the switch snapped. :( They not only replaced (despite being out of warrenty) but let us swap it for a different model. They were sweet and friendly and gave us no push back.

I've been a repeat customer with B+P because I absolutely love their products. They're not only beautifully crafted but also built to last. However, as nothing in life is perfect, I recently had an issue with a couple of switches that broke with normal use. Elle from Customer Service responded within minutes and promptly arranged a replacement. We buy products for their quality, but it’s the customer experience that keeps us coming back. To me, this is what truly sets a good company apart from a great one.

Free part replacement has been a game changer for us. These switches aren't cheap, so it's nice to know that Buster + Punch stands by their product.

Style and Design GREAT

Fast efficient process.

Mirror arrived promptly and the materials look really good quality. But the back seems not to fit the drilled holes in the mirror and it measures 3mm short on one side. However, Melanie was lovely and now dealing with my case.

Nice (but expensive) products! However your website is really slow. Need to work on that. As as an advice, your checkout funnel is also suboptimal. Missing out on revenue there.
