J’ai acheté des interrupteurs Toggle Switch Buster and Punch, tres beau rendu, faites bien attention à bien suivre les instructions pour l’installation. Nous avions mal installé certains qui se sont cassés, mais le service client a été hyper réactif et nous en a envoyé plusieurs de remplacement immédiatement. Il y a vrai suivi client de la part de cette entreprise ce qui est vraiment rassurant.

Great service and great product

Rhianne was exceptionally helpful, we wouldn't have managed without her diligent assistance. We love B&P design, and our order was fairly large and complex (a full renovation of our house, with complex lighting structure), and even our electrician was confused about some functions of the beautiful B&P switches. Rhianne carefully advised us, she explained clearly how different switches work in tandem, and indeed helped us avoid some wrong choices we were about to make! Thank you!

It’s been 8 years since my last shopping expedition with Buster and Punch when I purchased from the chandelier and Caged range of lights. 8 years on I wander into the London showroom on Monday and within 24 hours Lukasz and Krisztina have my new kitchen and dining room lighting requirements sorted. We were looking for a doorstop for our small bathroom and stumbled upon the Buster + Punch website. We were able to find exactly what we thought might work; the website was easy to navigate and clear in its description and photo of the item. Our order arrived in a short time and the doorstop fits our needs perfectly. It is better constructed than others we had read about online (others which had a significant return rate because of falling apart); it is heavy enough to remain stationary and not move if the door bumps it (yet light enough to easily move when cleaning the floor) and, in addition, it looks good. We are very happy with our purchase, and with the entire experience.

Excellent switches. Well made, look sharp I completely remodeled my master bath and used these switches entirely. Love them.
