I experienced some difficulty communicating with Brian Gavin by replying to the order confirmation email. However once I had correct details to use to contact them they have been prompt and helpful. The engagement ring I purchased looks great and their service has been excellent.

I love my rings. They are beautiful and sparkle brilliantly. Brian gave my 12 year old grandson the royal treatment by giving him a hands on lesson in diamonds. The entire ride home, he couldn’t stop talking about all he had learned and what Brian had taught him. It was a unique hour that he spent with us.

I was excited to get an email on 7/28 that my package was on its way. FedEx tracking said there was a delay on Friday with no update available til Monday. I was anxious the entire weekend. Monday I sped over to pick up my precious! Happy Belated birthday to me!
