I did not hear anything from Bozowi after sending them my phone. I thought that htis was a dodgy company so left a review criticising them. Within an hour I had received a phone call from them. Apparently I had entered my bank details wrong so they couldnt pay me AND I never received their email telling me of the fact. The couteous man on the phone explained the sittuation and told me what I should do to correct it. Good service, the only question is why it took so long to phone me.
I received more money for my old phone than other sites and received the cheque in the post. They kept me well informed when they received my old phone,processsed it and when the cheque was posted

It was easy to sell my phone bozoxi, it does exactly what it says on box. Good price, transferred straight into my account.
Have used phone recycle websites before, however have always had a return email to say my phone was not worth what I was quoted. After searching through for the best price available, bazowi offered the best price for my phone, and although I expected a tenner knocked off it for not being up to standards, I was sent an email confirming that my full payment was processed! Bazowi is a good service, and fast at processing payment/checks!
Bozowi gave me the most money for my phone and out of the three others I've used the simplest process.
I was offered and received the offer price for my phone. The money was paid into my account. My only complaint was that I did not receive one email from them during the process to let me know they had received the phone and when I would be paid. Cl;early they had the correct address as I was asked to complete this review via email which Bozowi must have passed on. Clearly communication needs improving but otherwise a good company to deal with. UPDATE 11-3-13. Had a response from Bozowi via Trustpilot today regarding steps they were taking to improve communication so they do read our reviews and they do listen.
Having used this site I feel I should warn others NOT to do the same. I had a non working handset to recycle and on a price comparison site bozowi care up as the best quote and stated same day cash bank transfer. The guide offer of £70 for my handset (as it was a decent smartphone) was accepted and was sent freepost. After a week or so I had not heard anything so I contacted bozowi, i was not given clear information as to the progress of my order. After several more days I received an email stating my phone had been tested and they would offer me £5! I promptly refused only to be told if I wanted my handset returning I would have to call them to arrange to pay them for their admin fees. After 2 weeks the result of my experience was to pay Bozowi £5 of my money for the pleasure of using this site, for their admin fees. All i will say is read the fine print very closely as to what they define as working, non workin, water damage ect. EDIT, the above statement has been ammended following the threat of legal action on the grounds of defamation. So i would add that the company will also bully its customers in adition to providing a inferior service to its competitors.
I received email updates throughout the process, explaining each step and letting me know about progress. They processed the phone the same day they received it, deposited my money, and I was paid a day later--only 3 days after I mailed the phone. Full price, no problems.
after waiting a while for a cheque that didnt arrive due to being 'lost' in the post and resolving this with a very helpful person, ive decided to change my review as they did as much as they could to resolve the issue.they have given the best price for my phone out of all the companies available.from sending my phone in uptil the payment process i was informed everyway possible. as my phone was a high value one i was recomended to send special delivery which i would have just posted recorded so have to thank them for that too.

This was possibly one of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. I sent my handset in for cash. I had to call TWICE before I was sent a report from CheckMend stating my handset was barred and I had 28 days to remove this bar or they will send my handset to 'the authorities'. Immediately and in haste, I emailed back asking who to call and for advice and assistance to get this bar unblocked and was abruptly told to read the report again. I then called this company, got through to a man called [name removed] who was nothing short of unhelpful, dismissive and rude. There is a message from the MD on the website, who says to email him direct if you want. Which I did as a complaint, twice. Both emails bounced back, [name removed] does not exist and in fact the MD is from their parent company ECDL. A company falsely displaying a non existent MD CANNOT BE TRUSTED. I then sent the same email to an info@ address, and this has been ignored. Twice!! I then called my phone provider and insurance company and got this bar removed and told this company I had done this. On Monday 19th March, I call this company up to 20 times and no one answered. Eventually I had to have an assertive conversation with a lady at the parent company who eventually got this matter resolved and my money in my account. Would I use this company again? Not ever Would I recommend this company to anyone? Categorically NOT. Did I report them to trading standards? Yes Have I got proof of the above things? Yes. BE CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY and sorry that I have had to give you a bad review, but until I am satisfied that you are a legitimate company who offers sound customer service, I stand by what I have said. joke they offer me 77 pounds 2 weeks later i was still waiting...after 3 weeks they said mobiles are broken and they offer me 5 pounds???When i was sending the mobiles they know they was broken so thats bloody joke.its 4 week now and i still didint receive my 5 pounds
On reflection of this company, found that they were above board. Just check T & C's if you are sending in a non working phone- but cant fault company otherwise
