The best price I was offered and no drama. There's so many companies out there that offer a fair price only to knock a lump off when you send the phone for supposed damage. Bozowi stuck to their price and the whole deal was done in 3 days from collection to payment so ideal. Will come back in the future and try them again for sure.

Avoid like the plaque. Was offered £270 for a BRAND NEW PHONE same day payment. They received on Tuesday. Two emails sent on Thursday as i had received no confirmation whatsoever. They reduced the offer to £190. The phone was brand new & in perfect condition. Waste of time, i now have to wait for it to be returned so i can sell. After they've depreciated it by opening it & handling it.

I have used this company many times before, and have always received the proceeds on the date of receipt. Brendan and his team are superb in their work of testing and paying. They always keep in touch with email and are willing to help with any problems. Yet, despite the current situation within the UK, their staff resources are slightly reduced, but still work away as best and as quickly as they can. They are a credit to this industry. Highly recommended.

Great and trustworthy company to sell your devices. I sent my phone and they received it on a monday and they gave me an offer the next day and i was paid that same day with faster payments. Great service and probably the best place to sell your device with the highest prices, i would recommend these guys if you are thinking of selling your devices.

I was a bit wary about using Bozowi, having stuck with Mazuma for some time. However, for my Galaxy note 10.1 Bozowi had a much higher price. Transaction was entirely painless and swift, and the money popped into my bank account after three days. Recommended. Thank's to you guy's.

I've never really recycled any device prior to using Bozowi, but after the quick payment & great service they provided, I believe that if I need to recycle gadgets in the future, it'll be with these guys.Item was delivered to them on the Friday and I was paid within 15 minutes of my item being tested on the Monday.I would happily recommend to anyone that wants to get the best price for their unwanted gadgets, 5/5

Got the best price for my iPhone X. They use UPS so it got to the next day and then I got my money I was quoted the following day. My phone was worth a couple quid more on the day it got there/day I got paid so would have been a nice gesture to get paid the higher rate but no biggie. It is what it is. Other than that perfect!

Honestly, you would be better off going to another company which is more reputable and more well known. I sent 3 Samsung Galaxy S10+ 1TB Ceramics BRAND NEW to Bozowi bought from Samsung's UK website (I had a discount code from Samsung so I decided to spend big) and then sold them on Bozowi the SAME DAY I received them. Now, the testing criteria states that the handset must be "Be as per delivery from manufacturer, not opened and must be sealed if applicable." Keep this in mind for later, which they were, in fact, I followed this instruction so carefully that not only did I not break the seal on all 3 phones, I even shipped it out in the same large box Samsung provided when they sent out the phones to me. So today comes (18/9/2019) and they email me saying that the phones did not meet their testing criteria, with the message: 'Unfortunately your device has failed the 'brand new' criteria and there are a number of reason for this. The seal on the box appears to be unofficial and not the quality of what Samsung would produce, there is also dirt and fingerprints inside the box on the phone and accessories. The accessories are missing the plastic they are wrapped in when brand new and the earth pin on the plug is a yellowish colour instead of white which is a sign that it could be a non-genuine plug.' Now this is absolutely ridiculous, I ordered these phones from the Samsung website and can also prove this with my PayPal summary, bank statement and order confirmation. And these guys have the cheek to tell me the phones are not brand new and reduce the price of all of them by £150 each! They are brand new. Here comes the worst experience, the phone call, which by the way, I have recorded and won't hesitate to post it if they continue bickering with me. The call operator was Brendan, who was extremely cheeky and argumentative, as he persistently raised his voice and expressed sarcastic tone multiple times. He constantly pointed towards the "Testing Criteria" and quoted the 'Pristine condition' bullet point over and over again, I then pointed him to the "Be as per delivery from manufacturer, not opened and must be sealed if applicable." To which he was silent for at least 5 seconds to figure out what to say. I did exactly that, I supplied EVERYTHING that Samsung sent to me, apart from the invoice of course as that as obviously a cardholder's copy. The phone boxes were all kept sealed as per delivery from the manufacturer. And then he began to make up excuses saying that "the items are a 14 day return by a previous owner to Samsung". What, all 3 phones were owned by previous owners with the EXACT same "imperfections"? Absolute BS. I did end up taking the reduced payment as I needed the money quickly, but oh god I will absolutely never sell to these guys again. Honestly, don't risk your items with these guys, sell to a website that may be slightly cheaper but way more reputable and trustworthy. I think trading standards need to be informed about the shady practices of this business, as it seems many other people are also struggling with these guys. Honestly, some more reputable ones I've heard of are musicmagpie and fonebank, anywhere else, but for your own sake do not risk selling to these guys. I look forward to the BS excuse they respond to this review with, too.

I can’t praise this site enough. I’ve sold 2 phones in the last few weeks, got by far the best price, posted the phones on a Monday got paid the following day. Can’t say fairer than that! Fantastic service.

They received my phones but never paid me. It is just £5.20 or whatever but it is about principals. Thanks for recycling though. UPDATE. I was contacted by Brendon from Bozowi. He was surprised my order has not been processed on time, possibly due to an admin error. This has been already corrected. Highly professional and competent member of staff. Thanks.

I decided to use Bozowi for the first time as they quoted me the best price for two very old mobiles and a more recent smartphone. I was able to download/print a UPS label (with free postage and tracking number) and take it to a local store for collection. There was a delay in UPS collecting/delivering the package to Bozowi so I emailed Bozowi to enquire about the parcel. Brendan emailed me back within the hour and took the time to look into why the parcel had not arrived with Bozowi. He also reassured me that I would receive full payment if my parcel had been lost. The communication was excellent and it was clear to me that I was valued as a customer (having worked in Customer Services myself, I always pay particular attention to the customer care I receive - especially when things don't go exactly according to plan). I needn't have worried as the parcel was delivered (albeit a little later than expected) and the payment went into my account the next day. I would have no hesitation in using Bozowi again - a big thank you to Brendan and the team for your excellent communication and service.

The experience I had with logging in my account, receiving emails, and speaking with the manager was appalling. At first I had placed an order to sell my BlackBerry P'9982 as this was the best price I had been quoted throughout any website. I went through with the order, received a conformation e-mail and a UPS drop off label was opened in a new tab but not included in the conformation email. I called up Bozowi customer support to figure out why the email had not gone through and was told there was an error with the website. I could not log in to my account at first thinking I forgot my password, but after calling up Bozowi I was told my account had not been created and my details were not on their system. After placing another order I still didn't receive the UPS label but the item was posted using special deliver the same day. After posting the item I received a call from the manager who bluntly told me my order had not been accepted due to an error with the pricing on the website. Since the pricing had been changed after I placed my order, it should be accepted. The fact that my order has not been accepted due to an error in the pricing, this is a clear breach of Bozowis terms and conditions on the Bozowis website and I have taken matters up legally. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

The website was easy to use and I chose to drop off my mobile at the nearest collection point - all very simple and it was collected very quickly. However, I had been quoted £61 and once they received it, they dropped it down to £38 because it was not unlocked and also claimed it was an iphone 4 not an iphone 4s (which it definitely is, I even included the original box which has 4s written on it). Other mobile buying websites give you a quote based on whether the phone is unlocked or not so I think they should have told you upfront that the quote of £61 was for an unlocked phone only - I was not able to unlock my phone so I would not have chosen this site if I had known. I think this is a good site to use as long as you don't mind not getting much money and most people will appreciate that the payment is processed quickly.

I know nothing of this company other than my experience of using them on one occasion - and that experience was excellent. I placed my order and delivered my item to a nearby UPS drop-off point (I could have selected collection from my home). The UPS service was free of charge. I was then able to track the delivery via UPS right through to receipt by Bozowi. They sent me an email to say that the item was in their testing lab and later the same day I received full payment directly into my PayPal account with another email to let me know that payment had been made. The whole process took from Tuesday lunchtime to early Thursday afternoon - amazing! On my single experience I would commend this company to anyone.
