Found website using a compare site and they gave the best price for my device, offered more than the well known websites advertised on tv. Payment was processed the same day they received my device, so very happy and will be using again! I didn't wait for a Freeport envelope to be sent out, I paid for postage myself an it was worth it

Recycling my old damaged (cracked screen) mobile phone was sooo easy with Bozowi. Sold it online on Wednesday night money in the bank by following Wednesday night. Brilliant:-)

This has been an extremely easy way to recycle an item and the prices are very good compared to other simalar companies.

Was very dubious as couldn't understand how Bozowi could offer so much more for my iPod touch than other recycle websites. Glad to say that my doubts were unfounded and that there were no catches. Got full amount quoted for my device. Posted on thur and got money on Wednesday. The only slight negative was that my account on website never updated and even when money was in my account the website was still showing as a new unpaid order so I couldn't really keep track of progress. Still a great company though and would def recommend.

Much quicker and better than other companies. Were offering the most amount of money for ny broken blackberry. Had tried another company who took 4 weeks to basically end up reducing my quote to nothing waste of time but this company have been fantastic.

Bozowi were £5 more than the nearest competition and offered me £190 for my Samsung Galaxy S2. I was confident they would pay the agreed amount due to a) my phone being in perfect working order and b) their own 'price guarantee'. How wrong I was. They inspected my phone and all was fine but gave me a revised price of £140. When I contacted them to ask about their 'price guarantee', I was told that on the day I had placed my order, they had technical difficulties and were unable to alter the price of my phone at that time. So out of all the thousands of phones they quote prices for, the only one they couldn't change at the exact time I obtained my quote happened to be the Samsung Galaxy S2. AND, apparently this clause gets them out of their 'price guarantee'. I wonder how many other people are also fed this complete bulls**t story. I asked to have the phone returned and was promised it would be sent that day. It wasn't. It was dispatched 2 days later. When it arrived back home, the screen was filthy. It was as if it had been purposely smeared with some substance that took me ages to get off. It had left me in perfect condition. So.... the moral of the story is, stick with the well known companies, they may offer a little less but it works out better in the long run. I'm now 2 lots of special delivery out of pocket plus the £20 odd the phone has depreciated in the past 2 weeks. AVOID. THANKS FOR REPLYING BOZOWI WITH MORE LIES! WE BOTH KNOW MY PHONE WAS PROCESSED ON DAY 11 SO WITHIN THE 14 DAY PERIOD. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU HAVE MENTIONED THIS?! IF THIS WAS THE CASE, I wouldn't expect to receive the price quoted by your fictional 'price guarantee'. I've wasted enough of my time. As I said before, send your phone to a decent company and don't waste your time with these lying deceitful lot.

So I went on the Mazuma site and they wanted to offer me £70 for my broken iPhone 4, I went on a compare the market style site for selling your mobile and stumbled across Bozowi, Never heard of them before but they offered me 35 more than Mazuma, that's 50% more, so well worth it. It was quick an easy to do, money went in quickly as described and I now recommend them to everybody!

From start to finish a quick easy faultless experience - register - get the freepost pac next day - send ur phone to them get a email when received with customer services details etc...- then receive ur money... EasyPeasy...

I was slightly worried about sending my phone off but no problems whatsoever. I was constantly kept updated. I posted the phone on monday, received a confirmation e-mail on tuesday to say it had been received and the money was in my bank today (thursday). You cannot fault the service and would definately use again.

I checked how much my new phone was worth, understood that the price would be slightly revised as it was network locked, posted by special delivery on Thursday and money was in my bank at the close of play on Friday as promised.
