The prices are good and the service are great

I sent my phone off to another company who said they take broken phones and didn't mention that they offer another amount of money, they offered £2 for my broken phone. I didn't accept this and searched again on line and found Bozowi. They offered me £13 for my broken phone. I asked for the pack to be sent out and it arrived very quickly, i filled in my information, posted my phone and received an email saying they had received my device. A couple of days later they confirmed the order and that the money had been sent to my bank and i would receive it in 2-3 days, which i did. It cost me nothing to send my phone in and receive an the best rate available on the internet for my device, top class service and would highly recommend!

A first time user of Bozowi and I am very impressed. Their system is very efficient and I would recommend them to anyone looking to cash in on their old mobile phone...

SENT THEM PHONES WHICH THEY SAID WERE FAULTY AND OFFERED ME NEXT TO NOTHING FOR, THEN CHARGED ME £15 TO RETURN THEM TO ME. I HAVE USED [External reference removed] AND [External reference removed] AND NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE, WILL NEVER USE BOZOWI AGAIN!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! 16th Feb- Have just received a letter from Bozowi threatening to take me to court over my false feedback. Everything I said is true and I will now be taking this further! Reporting them to trading standards! How can people like this be allowed to trade? Most unprofessional and nasty company ever!!!!!!

What a great company! Not only did I get double the amount that my husband got for the same phone, but what fantastic service. Freepostbag by return of post, email updates and the money paid to me the same day!! Phoned the company to see if they wanted the charger, they were very polite and no endless queue. I would recommend them

I checked on line to find the best deal and Bozowi came up top of my list. I'd not had the phone that long and was never happy with it especially when the iPhone's came out! So I filled in the form on 1st August. I received a post bag the on 2nd August and headed off to the Post Office and sent my well wrapped phone by recorded delivery to be on the safe side. I received an email on 3rd to say it had been checked in. Then on 7th August another email notifying me that the payment was processing. It's the 9th August, the post has just been and among it is my cheque. Brilliant service and so fast. I did think I would be waiting at least 2 weeks! Thank you :)

I got the best deal for my phone using Bozowi compared to the other companies they send my pack out so i could send the phone to them, i sent it recorded delivery and they got it the next day they sent me an email confirming this. The next day i got an email off Bozowi saying they had processed my payment and i should get it in 3 working days so that's all i'm waiting on now my payment.

After hunting around for prices for recycling my broken iPhone 3GS I saw that Bozowi was offering the best quote (£55). After sending them my phone I received the full amount very quickly! It took about 7 days from me registering my phone on their website to receiving my money. Great! However wasn't sure of how much cash I was getting until it was in my account. A risk but it was worth it for me.

Use the service, the response was great and customer service were very helpful in sorting out a slight delay issue. Will highly recommend.

They offered the best price for my phone from all the other companies I contacted nearly twice as much. They let me know by e-mail every step that was happening & when money would appear in my bank account. I would use them again no problem. Thanks for a good service.

carnt fault them exept the time it took for my money to be recieved but the prosses from me sending my phone till reciveing my money was about two weeks
