I ordered 2 sun beds which cost over £180 each. They were delivered and look great, however there is an inherent design fault with the sun beds, which Beliani refuse to accept. When in the inclined position the beds are ok, however when laid flat on the sun beds there is a structural bar that digs into your shoulder blades (through the mesh surface that you lay on). Other than replacing the sun beds the only other way I thought they could be useable is placing sun bed cushions on them. Beliani offered a 10% discount against the cost of buying sun bed cushions from them, which was insulting considering I can gets a 10% voucher off the internet in 2 mins, plus why do I have to pay another fortune to get around a design flaw of one of their items?

Order 8411536 Serene logistics which they use for couriers couldn’t be bothered to find my address. They wasted my whole day and because their driver was illiterate he didn’t bother to find my address. When asking Beliani to contact me they didn’t do so for a week after not delivering my bed, they said they’ll arrange an exchange. EDIT: I changed from 1 star to 2 star as It took them a total of 3 weeks to exchange the bed, I slept on the floor for 3 weeks till the bed was delivered. I am editing this review because they called me yesterday and offered me £50 voucher to change my review, I told them I would put the truth as they did finally exchange the beds. The bed itself is ok however not a normal king size as has 5cm extra widths on either side so gap between the mattress but fine nonetheless. They also made sure I paid the difference of approximately £50 of the beds and not offering any goodwill gesture, whilst also conveniently changing the price of the bed overnight on their website when I gave the name of the replacement bed I wanted by an additional £200. When I caught them out they said I can have the previous price which was a bit iffy.

Na produkt czekałem rok. Otrzymałem uszkodzony towar. Po 5 miesiącach od zwrotu towaru nie otrzymałem pieniędzy. Wszyscy umywają ręce. Zostało złożone zawiadomienie o popełnieniu przestępstwa. Ogólnie nie polecam strata czasu i pieniędzy.

Purchased 2 stools from their website, the delivery time was 17-19 august, I contacted the company on the 15 asking for an update to be informed there is another 10 week wait. They didn’t even have the decency to inform me. Absolutely appalling!
