Very good. I bought 4 of these chairs at the beginning of year but I had to wait over 6 months for the stock to be available and now the chairs are £40 more expensive.
The sofa is great value for money
The title of the product was helpful to me, because we were looking for an extendable table only from 120 to 150cm. Very simple process to buy and assembly. If next day delivery available, that would be even greater. The size is perfect for a couple - 4 people with 120cm especially in a compact dining area, I think it's also fine for 6 people when extended to 150cm.Extension process is not difficult at all. The smooth surface is great which doesn't leave any stain yet still presents its natural wood look. Thank you
I purchased a bed I needed urgently. The website stated delivery the 8th of December. That's why i selected this supplier. Nothing turned up. I receive on the 8th a notification that the bed is in the UK?! And I would be contacted in 3-5days to book a delivery. That means a delay of 1 week, minimal. The issue is this company doesn't tell you they are Switzerland based and ship from Germany. SO not even UK based. The website hides that! And if you have issues with this product /delivery they are evasive/avoidant and lying to you. If you see on Trust pilot, they don't acknowledge the customer complaint let alone reply to the issue. Bunch of unreliable thugs hiding in Switzerland Buy form a UK supplier like ''beds...... '' I ordered a bed from them and they delivered in 4 working days exactly as committed upon ordering! Same products, competitive prices. Be warned!

I am not happy because I purchased a waterbed with mattresses back in 2020 and it leaked 1 month after the warranty expired. In my opinion it was faulty but the company was not interested as far as they were concerned it was out of warranty and so not their problem. So the only reason I am even back on the website and being prompted to give a review is because I am purchasing another mattress to replace the faulty one, which has now leaked again and flooded my bedroom. As I don't trust the company's quality anymore but still have to purchase their products to ensure the mattress is at least compatible with the bed, I have now opted for an expensive extended warranty to give myself some years' peace of mind. The bed itself is nice but the way I see it, I am paying a vast premium on what I should be paying as the original good did not last for a reasonable time.

Easy to set up everything explained
Easy to order and able to ship straight to a different address as its a Christmas gift.
We ordered a bed base from beliani. It came with very sparse instructions and no advice to ensure there was centre support. Apparently this was not deemed important enough to be anywhere other than additional info on website. It broke and we asked for a spare part to replace broken part, willing to pay for same. Beliani are just a middle man and could not provide this as manufactured in Asia. Unwilling to give manufacturers details but did offer a saving of £14 off a whole new set. Would never deal with them again, a shame as easy solution would have been to supply spare part. They also hid behind their small print even although we would pay for part.
My white 3 piece sofa is absolutely beautiful it is very big too.Worth every £ I paid, and also they honoured me the 20% discount as I ordered day before sale, so a huge thank you to Beliani. I'd say if you need a beautiful sturdy sofa, check their website

I ordered a desk from Beliani on 2nd November, it arrived on 12th November, sadly there was a part missing which means I can't attached the legs, so I contacted them straight away. Whilst I appreciate this happens time to time, my problem is the delay in getting the part. I was told it would take up to 7 days for the part to arrive. after waiting 7 days I have been told that I will have to wait another 7 days for the part! There is no urgency from this company to get this resolved. The desk is in stock online, why can't they go into their store room and retrieve the part from another one? So currently left with a desk that doesn't work as a desk and no clear idea when the part will arrive! Looking at other reviews on this site, it seems everyone else has similar issues dealing with any problems with products. *Update* a part finally arrived after 2 weeks, but they had sent the wrong part, not the one I had requested! Couldn't make this up! I ended up fixing the desk by taking apart the wrong part they sent and using a part of it to fix the part that was incomplete originally, I wasn't going to bother and try contacting the company again, waited far too long already for them to try and sort it out. I would not recommend this company.

My order was delayed without notification, next armchair arrived late and damaged. They wouldn't replace it because it was used for over a month (they sure like to advertise 365 days return though, but only unopened items so it's useless for the customer) despite the chair being faulty and damaged, they just say it's wear and tear even though It's only been used for over a month and I mentioned that it arrived damaged multiple times. £324 paid and all I have to show for it is a waste of space that I can't even sell for a fair price. Worst shopping experience of my life so far.
Purchase was easy. Just have to wait a few days now. Free delivery yay
