Easy and quick to order. Great range of products at a reasonable price.
Poor quality garden furniture. Arrived damaged, they were happy to send out replacement but when this arrived it was even more damaged than the first one, they refused to take away faulty goods so a further replacement was not acceptable. When a refund was requested they agreed but made it all but impossible to get with their demands for packing up said items to return. Substandard quality, substandard service. Avoid.

Sadly a very poor experience. Several deliveries back and forth, with wrong items being delivered and/or broken items. The parasol that was also purchased collapsed onto our table whilst we were under it. The weld had given way after only the 5th use - at first I wanted to arrange a refund as I was a bit fed up but thought I would give the company the benefit of the doubt and they arranged a replacement to be delivered - there’s a catch if something breaks “unfortunately we don’t collect broken items - perhaps you could give it to charity” Not sure what a charity would want with a parasol that’s snapped in half and I’m left with having to dispose of something that’s going to need a van as it’s far too big for my car. Never again, it’s been a total disaster. Really hard work getting anything sorted , lots of back and forth and wasted time. Do yourself a favour, head over to Amazon, the quality is about the same and at least the return of broken items is much much easier

Good experience... Ideally we would have preferred to have an exact delivery date, but I'm sure it will be ok once the chair arrives. Hope the product meets our expectaions, very excited. Thank you.
I started with one payment type but your site needed me to add my marital status...I could add this to the shipping, but not to Payment page so had to start again and pay by another method. Also wanted house name and then said it was too long only 10 characters...not helpful!!!
