Very unhappy and frustrated. I bought a garden umbrella but it only lasted several weeks under summer London wind. Definitely not a product for a windy weather - the wind bent the metal construction and the umbrella collapsed. When asking about the warranty I was told that my case doesn't qualify for it (although all instructions were followed) and they only can suggest 30 per cent discount to buy a new one, they were not even ready to take out the damaged product if I buy a new one. Very disappointing considering that I was a good Beliani customer.

I ordered a large planter on legs, the legs will not screw in so the planter is useless, take five phone calls, a video and pictures before they would accept that it was faulty, told me to take the screws out of the legs before they would replace it, in other words I had to try and repair it myself, after a lot of hassle sent me a replacement and guess what, the legs again won't screw in, so a complete waste of money, I mean don't these people have quality control, they are aware of the problems with these planters but still keep selling them, it's a disgrace, I'm so stressed with trying to deal with them that I have just give up.

Seems easy enough. I just hope the product comes undamaged, as some of the reviews experienced damaged products. So i took the additional transport insurance. I hope I don't need it.

Still waiting… Was told delivery 12/5 and had to chase when it didn’t arrive. Was then told 27/5. Still nothing and no communication from the company. They have of course already taken the money. The communication is terrible.
Website okay - however said "delivery free" but at checkout a £100 shipping fee was added - unfortunately can't find another like this so had to pay it - felt it was abit of false advertising.
Quick and good on phone advise. We will review wehen we received our order again
