First time shopping here, definitely the last time as they are not clear with you, everything is overpriced and my item arrived damaged and in poor condition.
Unbelievable shocking service and customer service. Will never buy from this company again. We bought an outdoor table and bench and hardly used after a few months the table starting peeling everywhere. It looks terrible, took photos and sent to a Beliani who said they would look into. A few days later came back with an offer of £50 and told to sand it down and redo spray with a youtube video of how to do it. I emailed back saying it would cost more than that to redo and look terrible as it is a concrete effect table. The table is under a two year warranty but that doesn’t seem to mean anything. I have just been told that is all they can offer us. So spent alot of money on a table that will look awful and need replacing as they don’t want to take account. I can see below in reviews that there have been the same complaints about that furniture. Do not buy the the concrete outdoor table and bench sets and avoid Beliani as not dealt with any company like this.

Absolutely shocking quality! It turned up (eventually) and on the face of it looked like what I had ordered... a few scratches but would not be noticeable so I proceeded to put it together... I stopped half way as when I put the pieces together I realised that it was bending and splitting... the sizing is all out I've gone over and over the picture book and I've definitely put it together as instructed... looks awful... Needless to say its going in the bin As others have experienced had an OK experience with customer service the driver had been caught in traffic and hadn't informed them... I get these things happen But seriously spend the bit extra and go to Ikea
Perhaps it might be better to do this when the whole experience is complete

Item was fine, not amazing but serves the purpose it was designed for - it is a metal holder but the metal is thin and it looked as if it would be sturdier more wrought iron rather than thin metal (only advertised as metal so again no complaints). It's the despatch and delivery that loses a star - it took considerably longer than advertised and when chasing it hadn't even been dispatched... (Took 15 days but said expected in 4, never went out of stock and was told it's because it comes from Europe).
Item arrived broken and company immediately informed. Despite assurances 3weeks later no replacement or refund has occurred. Update. Replacement received and really pleased with the garden sofa. Easy to put together and looks fabulous . I have added more stars because of this. But beliani you need to be more responsive to issues. A month is too long and then only resolved thanks to one person and my having to phone every few days. Customer services are lovely people who are let down by other departments not responding.
