Have used Beliani a few times now, best place to get waterbed spares, quality at a reasonable price.
I bought an outdoor dining set & cover from Beliani. We were totally delighted with them, but the cover did not arrive. After chasing we were told the cover was out of stock. We ordered another one elsewhere and followed the care instructions for the furniture, however the varnish/paint has started to peel and 10 months after purchase the product is in very poor repair. So far Beliani have refused to replace under Warranty, simply re-sending the care instructions that came with the dining set.
It was Great to find a site, that was able to offer you different choices, than the norm! Site, simple to use.

The website is very helpful and the chat was quick and easy. I received excellent customer service in the chat from Max. The quality of the product was extremely good however the size was not right. A refund was agreed without any quibble. Excellent service and would order from them again
