Had to try several times to get the 5% discount code to work - I called the customer services and explained they told me to place the order then call them to get the 5% refunded - not the best customer service solution.
Doing well so far and great I got a discount and assembly was offered, which I like V much thanks and used my discount towards that cost and delivery

I have previously given a 5 star review for this company after purchasing a garden swing in 2022 and recently required their services once again so had to write another. The customer service is impeccable! If only this was the case with after sales in general!!!

This company was the only one on the internet I could find that had the unusual size bed frame I was looking for, with storage underneath. They were honest about a delayed expected delivery date, communicated with me on that date about shipment, and updated me at every stage until delivery. I was also impressed with the quality of the product - well made, clear instructions, and a pleasure to put together. Additionally, they used a very good delivery company (Higher Jump Logistics) who were professional and pleasant.

I was sent the wrong colour chairs for half of my order. It then took 3 months to receive the correct chairs. Terrible communication from start to finish and I had to chase them every time for an update.

I was sucked into the selection, price, and mostly reassured by the reviews. My experience has been 100% negative however. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there, but if you do, dont expect your order to look like the image or be as described! There was issues with delivery price and delay. Mirrors sold as wooden, actually plastic. Told i couldnt return them and they claimed that id received them 14 days prior to the actual delivery day. Pacified with a £100 beliani voucher in compensation. Couldnt actually use this without paying out more postage. Again what arrived was nothing like described. Numerous barriers to returning this too. So, out of pocket and stuck with products i was mislead on, all of which are tat. Needless to say i wont be using them again.
Negative and dont reccomend I'm afraid. Table arrived with hairline cracks on the top but when I reported it to the customer service I was told that:"Differences in colour, irregularities in wood texture and so-called hairline cracks are natural and shall be accepted by the buyer." and that the clearly damaged goods will not be replaced. Not happy as this is very expensive for what it is table and not what I ordered/expected. Very disappointed and will not be using this company again. Buy at your own risk or better go elswhere.
