Item still not received, wouldn’t have ordered if had known it wouldn’t be here for Xmas. havent been given any idea as to when it might arrive

I ordered 10 days before Xmas and it has not been delivered yet. Was dispatched on 20 th December - where is it please? Please change your delivery Company - Royal Mail is a joke

I still haven't received my order which I placed on 12th December which, according to the website, should have arrived in good time for Christmas. Got a message from dpd on the 21st saying beerhunter had missed their last shipping date to reach me in time for Christmas. Emailed beerhunter and didn't even get a response. Very disappointing.

At first I was a tad worried it wouldn’t come in time as I had ordered a bit late however it was a very quick delivery and my fiancé is very happy his told everyone what a great present it is … will definitely be ordering again and I will continue to recommend this company to family & friends!

I ordered a Christmas gift for a friend that I was especially happy to find-- his late father's favourite beer. I believe I ordered this a good three weeks in advance as I'm aware of the postal strikes. I never received a confirmation email, just a message from the delivery company about a week prior to Christmas saying they had it but despite the fact that it was meant to be next day, it likely wouldn't arrive in time. It's still not here. Will not be using this company again.

Ordered my item on 10th December and arrived before Christmas as it was a Christmas gift so happy with service.

Delivery and quick

Thats funny. You ask me to review my purchase after it still isnt here when ordered 28 days ago!!!! And he got nothing for Christmas.. I know this is jointly down to DPD but I have not even been to get hold of them after a week.... I have now received my product and it is excellent condition. I so wish you had not waited so long to send it to me as it was not nice having to tell the person that I didn't have their present.

Parcel has not been delivered yet. Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas but it has been stuck at DPD depot for days. Now expected Wednesday after Christmas...fingers crossed

Order still hasn't arrived, order placed on the 12th but not dispatched until the 20th and still hasn't arrived.

Order placed on the 11th dec, dispatched on the 19th dec, next day dpd delivery … still waiting for parcel!! Emailed to say I’d not received parcel despite next day delivery .. to be advised I should take it up with dpd!! If I’m correct the onus is on them to chase delivery .. I did not choose to use dpd.

Brilliant as always, even delivered the beers as the courier service couldn’t get them to us in time for Christmas.
