Seamless service from ordering to delivery . Excellent companyx

Prompt delivery and on time. Haven't checked contents yet as they are a gift for someone else.

I eventually received the goods 18 days after ordering, though I was informed that the shipper was busy. That aside, the contents were packed really well and I was kept well updated as to the problems and arrival delay.

I ordered some specific German beers as a Christmas present and they arrived just before Christmas thankfully. Thank you Beer Hunter it must of been stressful for your orders this year with postal and delivery issues. The other issue I would like to add is the admin communication could be better all in all a good company and service. Thank you 😊

3 weeks to dispatch an in stock item. It was a Xmas gift which arrived after the big day. Wouldn’t use again. To respond to beerhunters reply below and to confirm, it wasn’t the courier at fault here - item ordered on 6th, beerhunter dispatched to DPD on 21st December missing Xmas cut off. I would review your internal processes if I were you beerhunter. Stay away from this company.

First time using this company and it was excellent. I was impressed the order arrived in time for Christmas in spite of the challenges I know Beerhunter was facing with deliveries. Well packed and received with delight by the person it was bought for.

Absolute shambles of a company, I placed an order on 5th December 2022 and they delivered one box out of three on the 20th. They still owe me two boxes but refuse to answer my emails or calls. There are many companies that do similar services, I would seriously suggest that you try one of them and not beer hunter as quite frankly I think they are a scam outfit! Update after Beerhunter reply below: Beerhunter have not replied to my past 6 or 7 emails, the order was guaranteed before Xmas and still hasn't arrived. I asked for a refund via email to which they didn't respond. It is hardly surprising that the order is damaged after being in transit for over a month. Awful company DO NOT USE!

Brilliant, ordered hoping in time for Christmas but thought I’d left it too late! Had my favourite beer from a recent trip to Munich delivered for Christmas- fantastic service- will be using again- regularly!

Sent the wrong beer then expected me to return it (via DPD which means a long walk to drop off point carrying a crate of beer) Ridiculous

No issues with the delivery. The Belgian beer and the traditional glass were a success.
