Ordered via Amazon on the basis delivery would be on 7th or 8th Aug. The item was a birthday present and needed for 9th Aug. Received a promo beer glass on 7th Aug with a note that my order would be delivered soon. Now 13th August and still waiting. I’ve contacted the seller via Amazon and the communication has been appalling. £40 taken for the order and I’m still without it. When is this going to be resolved?
I ordered 12 beers from Beer Hunter. Sadly, DPD who was tasked with delivering them did a horrendous job. They ended up destroying a third of my order and then sending the rest on in a plastic bag in bubble wrap! Beer Hunter heard of this, refunded me immediately and told me to keep what beer was left. After a disappointing start they really did deliver great customer service, particularly when it was beyond their control. Thanks, Sue!
Beerhunter orders when I used the Amazon pay part of the transaction it made the Delivery charge excessive in my opinion…Wouldn’t use this again.!!!!
Ordered a gift for Father’s Day which was delivered on time! Unfortunately DPD managed to damage the parcel in transit resulting in a smashed bottle of beer. I contacted Beerhunter and had a response from Sue the next working day - sue arranged for a replacement which was sent out - unfortunately DPD yet again damaged the product and the item was refused delivery. They have since refunded me for the order due to the issues so customer service has been brilliant! And I would use them again! I hope they review their chosen delivery partner because DPD are not the ones!
Have to say very poor service by Beerhunter, Had a voucher for father's day.. Made my 1st and will be my last order paid next day delivery.. following day got email to say items wouldn't arrive contacted beerhunter to be told items got damaged during transit.. Reordered again the same day (Next day delivery) three working days later no updates on order.. Sent email no response!! Very disappointing!! Will never use again!!
Ordered a gift for a birthday, wrong item arrived, emailed 9 days ago, got an automated response to say my email was received and nothing since! Needless to say, I didn’t get to give the gift for the birthday as I intended and I still have the wrong items here in the box. Very difficult to get hold of anyone to rectify the issue! Update to response- 25.06.24 - you are correct this review was left before I got a response, but by ‘resolved’ if you mean I got an email from your customer service team saying you put a disclaimer on your orders to say that you may not get what you ordered if your supplies are low, then that really doesn’t constitute resolved in my opinion. If I thought they was a chance I wouldn’t get the gift I chose, I wouldn’t have ordered from you. I should have been given an option to choose something else or be given a refund.
Ordered beer. Chose overnight DPD delivery. Had email confirming order. No emails since and no confirmation product has been sent. However DPD have been in touch to say it’s on its way.
terrible customer service, item never even arrived. I paid £6 for next day delivery and nearly a week went by and the item never showed up. Shocking service, refused to refund me. Don’t order from this company!!!! The manager is so rude, didn’t care at all that my Father’s Day present didn’t arrive, and told me she wouldn’t refund me. DISGUSTING
Really late delivery. Took ages to dispatch from warehouse. Would not recommend. Tried to complain but they just told me I should have ordered next day delivery for £1. Won't use this company again.
Ordered some beers & a glass, wrong glass got sent. I informed them & they sent the correct glass via first class post, outstanding customer service. Great beers & a great product.
Order took a long time to dispatch and was incorrect when it arrived. Ordered 12 AF beers are received 8 non-AF beers. Mistakes happen but it's how they are dealt with that matters. Nearly 2 weeks later and no resolution and no hint of an apology. Responses take a long time and are generally dismissive, unhelpful and unapologetic. Thought I'd found a good new retailer to buy from but clearly not. I checked the reviews on here but wish I'd checked their Facebook page which backs up my experience. Will have no option other than a charge back if Beer Hunter don't deliver my order soon.
Thought that I'd found a great company who took pride in their products and service. Unfortunatley the delivery of my order has gone in to the ether and no response or explaination has been received. Products look great but execution and delivery of orders is pathetic. A lot of improvement needed!
Products on offer are really good, delivery service mucked,-up the order twice!
My partner ordered some La Trappe beer through Amazon a couple of months ago. The date for delivery was changed and then got a message from the seller stating that the order would be completed and se t out the following week. An Amazon parcel arrived but when we opened it it was a Beerhunters glass with a card inside saying they apologise for the delay. Problem was then the order according to Amazon was fulfilled and we still had no beer. She contacted Beerhunters who havnt even bothered to sort this out. We have bought through these before with no problems but 47 quid was paid for a 5 quid glass.UPDATE Beerhunters have been contacted and have been great throughout rectification, thanks guys

Ordered as a gift for my brother, they sent parcel with the wrong name. When I emailed asking what was going on I got no response till about 2 weeks later (after xmas & new year) they sent a card with the right name on it. Utterly useless. Avoid.
